It looks like a root beer float would be a great spice chaser, with the acidity, sweetness, and bubbles of the soda combined with the milky, sweet, cold, and viscus iced cream, you could even change the soda type for more acid like Mountain Dew or diet Coca-Cola, one thing I’m not sure of is what iced cream flavor would pair best. (Edit) perhaps even adding ice and blending it together making the creaminess and viscosity even throughout

I think a good combo would be to spray lemonade with sugar, then drink milk or diet coke OR eat ice cream and let it sit in your mouth and when times get tuff get some sugar water right there to stop it. Also I think muching bread helps cause when you have a lot of it in your mouth it kinda like mixes with the capsaisin and makes it less worse, but it doesnt get it away :)
