Well, I said that Crabzilla costs 44,000 Sri Lankan Rupees (which is almost like 16500 Indian Rupees or 217 US Dollars). I must also say that the dish is worth a try. I enjoyed both Crabzilla (these crabs weighs at least 2 kg) and OMG Prawns. I still have that sweet and yummy taste of buttery gravy of OMG prawns through my taste buds.
OMG Prawns cost 5800 Sri Lankan Rupees (which is about 2200 Indian Rupees or 29 US Dollars). The food here is expensive, but they are too good and I would say, if you have a chance, you must try it at least once when you visit Sri Lanka.
The starter we were having in the restaurant is Crab liver pate served with fatteh and palm syrup.

What is Crabzilla?
Crabzilla is the biggest crab served in Ministry of Crab (Colombo). They have several preparations of crabs and several sizes of crabs. The smallest crab sold in the Ministry of Crab is 1/2 kilo crab which is about 500 - 600 grams and it will cost you around Sri Lankan Rupees 7,500.
What is Ministry of Crab?
Ministry of Crab is a restaurant (better to say, a chain of restaurants) run by former Sri Lankan cricket players Kumar Sangakkara and Mahela Jayawardene with their friend Chef Dharshan. Ministry of Crab in Colombo sells some of the world's best Sri Lankan crabs.
Where is Ministry of Crab located?
Ministry of Crab is chain of restaurants and they have restaurants in Colombo, Shanghai, Manila, Mumbai, Maldives, and Bangkok.
Can you meet Sangakkara or Jayawardene if I visit this restaurant?
I couldn't meet either of them, but who knows... If you are lucky enough, you may meet them.
