These are all healhty and nutritious fruits and vegetable that are rich in VITAMIN C.I always eat these when I ce here in Taiwan because Taiwanese people are fan of eating vegetables..They don't need to worry because all of those being mentioned ate available in thirr country Taiwan.

You forgot all the organ meats like spleen, thymus, liver, brain, pancreas. I know most people don't eat them, but they're actually quite popular in traditional cuisines. And also, not including them makes people think vitamin C is only found in vegetable foods. But it's not, since it's also found in animal foods.
