Ive been on a v healthy Wholefood Vegan diet for 35 years, apart from margarine which i excused by thinking that the rest of my diet is so healthy that a bit of margarine wouldn’t touch my v good health. Then out of the blue I just stopped buying it, partly cos I was fed up with the plastic tubs, but whatever the reason. After the 2nd-3rd day I realised I was getting erections in the morning again, and during the day, the Margarine even on a v healthy diet was STILL messing with my circulatory system.

I am from Singapore, let me share something. You guys air fry 7 to 10 cloves of garlic for 1.5 minutes. Than soak it in honey for 1 or 2 hrs. Consume this everyday! Climb stsircase of 10 storey building at least 4 or 5 times week. Your penis is going to be rock hard! Try it

I've had this issue where I up & down accordin 2 my emotions or how I feel about that person... But I've had erectional dysfunction pretty much my whole life.. No kids, No gf, & I'm 2 ashamed 2 date because, girls dogg me& blame me, 4 my inconsistencies... I thing that's mean..especially since u Never tried me..just heard about me. As for flatulence, it depends but generally your gut microbiome may need some adjustments, by including certain foods, especially pre/pro biotics. If you recently started eating plant based, it's pretty normal and should improve shortly. I can't comment much else without knowing more about your particular situation, but those are some general recs!

Drinking water from a jar with eggplant sliced from the night before... it gave the strongest erec... since my teenager. Actually it kind scared me because I did it for colesterol not for ED.... I wasn't expecting and after 4 weeks one day in the morning that crap wouldn't go down easily (I didn't want to urinate against my face), once it was difficult to ejaculate but it wouldn't go down (must be wonderful for porn industry) and another time it was difficult to start to urinate. Later I knew that it was suppose to be only for 3 weeks not 4 (4 weeks you start to feel pain in the lower abdomen and apparently some other stuff as I realized)

You guys may want to look into Ginseng Tea. I occasionally drink "Instant Korean Panax Ginseng Tea" and a few hours after I drink that tea I notice that I get a boner just as I did when I was in my early 20's. Visit an urologist if you have issues, in my case after checking out my blood and semen I was told my issue was psychological, and my organ was working fine. A good sign is if you realize while sleeping you get erections at night.

Even since I change my diet (mostly plant base not entirely) and doing intermittent fasting (5 days a week), I have seen so much improvement in my health,. I Stay slim, no weight gain despite not going to GM ever since COVIF-19 arrived, Sex drive is up, feeling like school days again. Yes, this thing has to do with your diet (Red the labels when you go to your grocery store) Do your very pest to stay away from sugar and high sodium foods. Sugar is the devil, it so happens that ,Sugar and sodium dominated the process food landscape, they are almost in every food packages and containers. EAT A LOW CAB DIET AND ADD MORE GOOD FAT (Omega 3 fatty acid) Make your food with any one of these oils (Pure Coconut Oil, Extra Virgin Oliver Oil, or Avocado Oil). Stay away from the Omega 6 oils. Be active (take Long walks, going to the GYM lifting is good, ride a bicycle if possible) . Stay away from sweet drinks, (Soda not good).

I grew up in the Middle East and we ate meat all the time but we also had salads and fish all the time too and tons of olive oil . I have lived in the US for the last 30 years but probably eat hotdogs, pizza, mac & cheese once a month at best. The American classic foods are horrible. I do drink tons of Whisky tho but no problems :)
One big issue with your hypothesis, a plant based diet ( vegan diet) drops your testosterone much much more than if you were on a carnivore diet, sometimes to the point of having an unhealthy test to estrogen ratio. I think what is more important is real food, non processed food, very low or no sugar, bery low or no starches carbs (especially complex carbs)
