I know it will come up in the comments because it does every year, the point in this list isn't to show the best wonderkids in terms of just potential ability but rather the 10 best Wonderkids that you're likely less familiar with and can realistically sign in the first season or two for a fair price. Camavinga did a great game against PSG when rennes beat them 2-1. Since then, he is well known from people who follow ligue 1. He also plays regularly in the first team. France would like to have him in his national youth teams.

one that you didn't show but has been really useful for me in fm19 is 17 year old centerback sepp van der berg who plays for liverpool's u18 side. at 17 he already has 14 marking, 14 tackling, 12 positioning, 13 jumping reach, and 13 composure and has a remarkably high ceiling in pretty much every other stat. for a ~$2M fee on a value of around 600K i got a bargain on a player that's been indispensable for my derby county save.

Benjamin Nygren is a great talent so a good choice indeed. However, at the moment I would say Swedens biggest talent apart from Alexander Isak is Dejan Kulusevski who is on loan in Parma right now from Atalanta. Not sure how good he is in FM 20 but have been excellent so far this season.

This is really nice, but showing their attributes and highlighting them is not really representative since most of them/their attributes will be random because they are so young. But the cool part is in one save they could be a amazing winger, in the other wc fullback. Thank you for the insight.

I made sure with these players to test how their attributes changed each save, for most featured in the list they had attributes set in the editor rather than blank values so they should be fixed

FYI young unknown players have their AP (ability potential) randomly generated at the start of the game. So if you buy them they might not be as good as you expect them in a large percent of the saves. So unless you are looking at PREGENERATED AP from the FM devs, then you are looking in the wrong place. AP for unknows = RANDOM.

You mean Potential ability right? Their PA's are set as ranges within 30 points as minus values. A -9 PA player will have a PA of between 150 and 180 for example. These players were tested in numerous save games and so from their potential generated in each save I was able to work out their PA ranges set in the editor.

Tramoni lacks the flair to be a really good playmaker

Deeper playmakers really don’t need flair in the same way more advanced playmakers do. They tend to have much more space to operate in and so doing something unpredictable to get space isn’t as necessary. And of course he’s only 16, you could easily improve this flair by 8-12 with good training
