Can we also discuss how “completely disolved” is also a myth. If we MRI’d her face/lips there would still be filler remenants. Also, the product they use to dissolve the fillers dissolves your natural collagen and hyaluronic acid in your body so unfortunately you'll likely never look the same.
@ahumanaperson19 күн бұрын
@@BBALFONSECAPONEhylaronidaise will dissolve the injected hylaronic acid (filler) as well as your naturally occurring hylaronic acid in the surrounding area, correct. However your body knows to replenish the naturally occurring hylaronic acid with time. So you may look ‘worse’ for the first month as yes it does dissolve more than just the filler, but after a month you’re back to your natural levels. I had under eye filler dissolved. Injected in 2020, had migrated towards my cheekbones and looked terrible within 6months. Continued to look terrible until June 2024 when I finally found someone willing to dissolve it. Yes my ‘eye bags’ looked like a 70 year olds for the first two weeks, I had the worst wrinkles. And after a month I looked normal again. (Beware of getting fillers overseas, most of your local clinics won’t be willing to dissolve it/ willing to dissolve any filler they haven’t administered themselves.) (Beware of fillers in general, I’ve also had lip fillers 8 and 3 years ago.. it doesn’t dissolve (in my experience), it just migrates. And as hylaronic acid is hydrophilic: it will bring more ‘moisture’/‘mass’ to the area over time.)

I had a super busy few years where I was always go go going for work and school, wearing makeup from early morning to late night, and I began to hate the way I looked without it. In retrospect, I simply didn't like what had become unfamiliar to me. This was me, but with full coverage foundation. I’ve dealt with mild to moderate acne since puberty and have been wearing foundation for most of my life to cover my skin because I hated how it looked. My acne is under control now but I still have redness, hyperpigmentation and light scarring. But during COVID, because we were wearing masks all the time it seemed pointless to wear foundation since it would get all over the mask and make my acne worse. Besides, no one could see my ‘problem areas’. After a while, I stopped hating my skin and realized it wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it was. Now I can wear tinted moisturizer and feel good about myself. Even run errands with just sunscreen on without feeling self conscious about my skin. In the past that never would’ve happened!

This is so so sad that we live in society where no one can just LEARN TO LOVE THEMSELVES THE WAY THAT THEY ARE!! Everyone literally hates themselves and that's what we are being taught to do. Instead of learn to accept ourselves for the way that we are told to run out and change those things immediately. For people who tell you to to that, UNFOLLOW them asap. I'm glad that i got off of social media. It taught me to learn to be more comfortable in my own skin and to not as compare myself(my body) to others as much. You don't need to change yourself. You need to LEARN to love ones self. Don't follow society's trends. That what plastic surgery and fillers are- a person being a follower. Learn self love, self acceptance. It's the path that's less traveled, but instead of larger lips, you will have a larger heart and be rewarded with the knowledge of self love and self compassion.

Filler migrates, unfortunately…and you can’t spot-dissolve filler, so it’s impossible to get it all dissolved, esp after it migrates. Also worth noting that dissolving it comes with risks- tissue damage, scarring, allergic reactions, etc…TLDR: you shouldn’t inject *or* dissolve frequently…filler doesn’t break down as fast as once thought and just tends to move.
@Wezza1822 ай бұрын
A doctor in Australia did a study on filler, specifically because of tear trough filler, and found that filler doesn’t naturally dissolve after a few years like they say, and it doesn’t purposefully dissolve (through the hyuronadaise, however you spell it, injections) every bit of filler. So if that filler is causing you a problem, like they were in the tear troughs, there’s no 100% guarantee they’ll be fixed 100% 🙁

They all looked like the same pouting adult doll. Multiplied it was a bit eerie. There were only two natural women apart from me. I had had a few days of struggling with my looks before that, but after that I was cured from my struggles. I thought, "The world wants women to objectify themselves via their looks and here they have succeeded😢." They should have given themselves some time as well. I love great make-up and please do as you please, but if you struggle look at such a group of women with procedures in real life, not on social media. This is the first video I've ever seen by this cosmetic derm doctor & i have to say she's incredibly beautiful. I know thats off topic from this video but i just wanted to say it. I just subscribed to her channel because I would love to get some advice from someone who clearly knows what she's talking about in the hopes that i can learn some things about taking care of my aging, mature dry skin. Glad this popped up on my fyp

Same thing that causes blush blindness and eyebrow blindness. I suffered from blush blindness and nobody told me I looked like a clown because I got so used to seeing it on my face, I didn’t realise how prominent it was 😅 🤡

i feel like we’ve all experienced perception drift or know/observed people who have, we just never knew the official term for it! hopefully now there will be more conversations about it 🙂 PD happened to me majorly with eye makeup & overlining my lips. i couldn’t believe that my boyfriend thought i was better naturally until i gradually gave it a few months. it’s been a couple of years & i feel so much better about myself, i’m beyond glad my bf persuaded me to appreciate what i have instead of resorting to fillers like i originally had planned. plus, being so critical and obsessive of your appearance is incredibly taxing…it was impossible to love the real me since i was masking it, now i feel free.

I agree. I get filler every 6-9 months. But I’m also worried they will get too big

You are so beautiful I love your facial features

That is such a good explanation of why I’ve questioned people overdoing this stuff. They are beautiful from the beginning and I’ve always wondered why can’t they tell they look terrible and fake now (after so much work done)??

Okay but can I just say how beautiful you are? Your eyes are so unique- like true doe eyes. You have stunning features!

Completely dissolved yes but they say that there’s always still some filler left in there that cannot be removed

Does getting filler permanently make your lips a bit bigger? Because at least her top lip was definitely smaller before filler.
