Hello beautiful lady my circumstances are a bit different. I have seen your videos , but I’ve started listening to them in full recently. My challenge is I have a place in America.I want to sublet it. I have my place home in the Caribbean and my family is there. I dont have to spend large amount of money I ever living wise in Jamaica. I’m working on building up my Shopify store. I have a marketing company in America I am developing products In jamaica to put on My Shopify Store and I want to sublet the one bedroom we have in NYC I’ve never sublet it. I use it when I go to NY. I would like to still keep it to the degree that if I have to be in New York, I can still use it as a base I suppose so this is my confusion I’m ready to go home. I was able to be home for eight months during Covid and five months and a lot of peace of mind. I have my mothers getting older and a lot of things I need to do so yeah that’s my struggle. I want to get completely out of America. It’s too much stress I do not want to be in America during the election and I need to grow my business from jamaica . I have clients in America there’s staples in my business I have a lot of pieces that seem like they would go together very well, but I guess I’m a little afraid of submitting my place not having that thousands of dollars bill would be a great relief for me.

Tired, mentally exhausted, fed up, mistreated, intentionally misunderstood is how I feel working with these people. Especially the women. Jealous, hateful, insecure and fixated on me for no reason. Lord fix it. I have been dealing with this on EVERY SINGLE JOB I have had since the age of 16. My metal heath took a dive for a few years. I so wish I could just quit life. And I'm 38.

Millennial problems. Older millennials most likely have suffered through the great recession of 08! As if graduating that year wasn't enough! Add the mental exhaustion of corporate America to the mix and it's just overwhelming! Exactly how I feel! I'm stepping down from corporate just for my own peace of mind! Figure out the income consistency later. Just doing gig work for now

I'm 62 years old. I have been dealing with this too for much longer than you. I am not at a good place financially as a result of the type of behavior that you are bringing up. I just applied for my social security and it isn't much at all ($1440/month). I don't even care. I have some savings but it ain't much because I used most of my finances to help my adult kids who are unappreciative. I've been following this group for a long time. I am ready to make a move to Costa Rica. I'm trying to find out more about it.

Please don’t give up. I lost my baby sister in 2021 that way who had just turned 38. Lean on anyone you can trust. It does not have to be friends or family if your circle of trust is outside your family. As the Bible states, “Lean not on your own understanding.” Life is definitely no walk in the park as a minority, but don’t you dare throw in the towel. Life is a gift, even in great difficulty. Continue to seek your purpose and God will reveal it to you in due time. You are loved and are needed. Your KZbin family will be praying hard for you.

And so many more women who are just regular hard working women! Jobs have disabled 1 of my aunts from yrs of stress and too much responsibility. My mother unfortunately didn't make it due to years of stress from jobs amd racism white Supremacy.

I am 55 and like my job but I do a side hustle as well just to make ends meet. Too many hours during the week doing both and am tired. Just keeping the full-time job because of great benefits but the side hustle has good extra cash but I have no time to enjoy any of it and am tired all of the time. Seriously thinking about leaving the U.S. because I am exhausted!

Also I think black women should get into investing in stocks that pay dividends and live off that money.

Stephanie, I have owned a house in my younger days, but my daughter came later in my life. I think I am a Nomad too; I have a 13 year who wants a house, and I am like "Girl," I don't want to, LOL!

It's senseless to work most of your life and never enjoy those things you'd accomplished throughout those years. Then end up Willing those things to people who wouldn't appreciate your years of labor it took to build up. Nahhhh, not only am I enjoying some of my life, but will Will all my possessions, businesses, and even Insurance policy funds to a person (whom I believe) would continue to build on while helping others as well. But we'd need to create a way for my kin-folks to be incapable of snatching the rug from beneath the intended's feet. But, I have a sure plan which I believe we both will be good with, especially as being Soul-mates... ❤💯

Hi I’ve traveled to Costa Rica for business. My impression is that it’s not safe there, so I sincerely hope you are safe. Actually anywhere I have travelled outside of the USA I cannot wait to get back home due to safety reasons.

Hi Stephanie I live in the UK so unfortunately will miss you on live due to the time difference. I am so stuck. I cannot at this moment even consider retiring. I really wish I had something realistic that can bring me passive income. When I was made redundant during the pandemic, I was fortunate that I could at that time not work for a year. In the UK I wonder if it is worse for black women in the workplace?

Hi Stephanie. I'm listening from the UK too. I took early retirement from an incredibly toxic environment and I'm looking to up my game generating passive/active income ideas. Fancy chatting?

Oh wow, so that mentality that nothing in this world is free and that’s not true. Just say our time and information is valuable and your connections. My tire goes flat and a guy in the parking lot helps me change it. Doesn’t ask for my number, money or anything else. 😊

My dream is to live the boathouse life too! I’m 58, and make a living by laying hands on ppl. Yes, I’m a dentist😂 so how else am I gonna retire with passive income? I’d love to retire at 67.

Hello fam! In France people are pissed because the government keeps on pushing the retirement age, between 62 and 64 now. Aon't know about that but I do know I am not about that life. I will retire from way before that, I am preparing for that rn. Like over the next ten years I need to shift. 🌻

Sooner or later black Americans will understand that the Bible is talking about us; to be ye separate, peculiar people. I rather deal with my own ignorant people than racists whom have been conditioned to be racist for generations.

50 and just stepping out of the slave world with no fear and need to start accumulating residual and or passive cash flow. I am relocating out of the country with a leap and not at all afraid as I stopped working 9to5 and did independent contractor gigs which still are like slavery jobs. At times I work as I please but now I find myself working more..I need to get back on track and be completely free so that my spiritual path is not compromised or rather disturbed. Please help.
