@@kokoskokso abusers manipulate in different ways. My ex wanted to be around my friends and family so he could try to turn them against me, so there are other ways to isolate a victim. If it was taught in school, the abusers would just switch up their game and when a woman or man is in love, they won't listen. Experience is the best teacher unfortunately.

@@kokoskokso all the angles of abuse should be a part of Health class. @retentiveguy7624 That doesn’t actually mean it’s his job to make up things that didn’t happen and call that doubt. If he can’t point to anything he knows the medical staff did that could have caused the bruises then how does his claim even create doubt? It’s nonsense that’s meant to confuse the jury. This is the problem with the court system anymore, it should be about the truth and any reasonable doubt would follow if the truth isn’t convincing. Witnesses have to swear to tell the truth, meanwhile the lawyer with no medical degree is making up theories and then purchasing witnesses to back him up.

Be careful donating your organs because in most cases they won't even try to save your life. My friend was put on life support after she was in a serious car accident and they said she was brain dead and kept wanting to donate her body. We got fed up with the hospital and her mom had her sent to a different hospital on life support. Shes a miracle and we talk everyday and she is a new momma!!. She forever thanks me and her mom for feeling like something was off because she kept being pushed to donate her body. We prayed when they took her off in the first thing she asked for was mac and cheese. A week after she was discharged from the hospital we went and took DONOR off our license.

I had this experience from age 14-21 and don’t know how I escaped with my life. He was 18 when I was 14. Now I have two daughters that are 14 and I’m like WHAT??? It freaks me out to think about, that should never happened, cause I was a baby & my parents should have put a quick end to that relationship but nobody protected me, my parents didn’t care, I felt very sad and lonely in my home life, so when a man gave me attention I ran with it. Thought I was all grown up and could handle it. Ha!! If I didn’t have my kids to protect, I’d have stayed forever and died there for sure. Yes they isolate you from your family and friends. They try to slowly start controlling your clothing etc and use verbal cues to make you doubt yourself and your worth. They bring you down to a place where you gotta try and feel worthy enough for them, meanwhile it is quite the opposite. They are not ever worthy of you. They are clear losers but only hindsight is 20/20 and sadly she never got to get a second chance and own that hindsight, so very sadly. Lies, manipulation, verbal and psycho local abuse, it does in fact less your head up and can hurt worse then the fists do. But.. this beautiful girl had much more going for her then she did and she’ll never get to live the life that she deserved to. It’s so sad when it hits so damn close to home. As a mom of three girls, I’d never sit back like my parents did. They even saw him beat me in broad daylight and cared more about what neighbors would think then protecting their little girl! Parents always watch your daughters for new relationships and changes in self esteem and behavior. There are signs aside from needing to actually witness this behavior and these deadly patterns emerging. If you are reading this right now and feel sad, afraid, upset, hurt, lonely, not enough, you are worthy of nothing but good in life, you deserve a happy ever after, you are strong, beautiful and NEVER settle for anything, not just fists, but anything. Life goes quickly, regrets are real & you deserve all of the happiness in the world. I’m 48, and I’ve had very little happiness in life due to choosing the wrong people to trust and to love along the way. Abuse doesn’t need to be physical, but most often will turn that way in time. Love yourself before you date. Rip sweet Angel!

What's the difference of the prosecution putting a liar on the stand?

@@SidewaysInTrafficI think it’s different to lie about taking a life…. then dragging everyone else they the mud…. And the difference between saying “ oh she was put in the car” “oh I definitely saw them leave together but not put her in the car” ….. HUGE difference.

The defense attorney say the most ridiculous, asanine and farfetched things sometimes.... that is their job to create any possible doubt...there is clear bruises on her and lawyer says it was done by CPR, yeah on her neck and all over her body...ridiculous! Plus when medical examiner said blunt force trauma and homicide the defense attorney said medical examiner was wrong..did I miss something...is defense attorney medically certified and went to med school...wow..questioning MA with her expertise and experience,,, crazy

Bruh, when I lost 93 lbs in my first 30 days of chemo, I started lifting and I got to the point where I could bench 325 lbs...I could squat over 450 lbs, and I could push over 500 lbs with my legs, and I was never as veiny and pumped as this dude was. There's NO way that he bulked up like that naturally. RIP Cayley, taken from this world entirely too early. I haven't completed the video yet, but I pray that whatever happened to her, the person responsible is brought to justice.

The fact that the defense attorney even bothered to say, "it could have been a space alien" that made the mark on the side of Caley's head, shows his lack of concern for true justice. All he cares is that he win a case. Imo, he is representative of why ppl dislike attorneys. Of course, the criminals love him.
