Israel has been breaking article 4 of the Geneva convention for 70+ years. This is recognized by the UN but Israel has stated that they don’t adhere to international law.

Very interesting to hear the mention of Palestinian violence before Israeli. Almost like there’s an underlying narrative that’s not honestly being represented. Those Palestinian people that staged an uprising were sick of legal injustice, IOF massacres and people being forced by authorities to leave their homes on mass because a new government owned the land and wanted to sell it to only Jewish people. Any group of people would have an uproar in such a case.

Oslo 2 the 5 year period required no terrorism to be committed and wasn't abided by.

I can't tell if this series is trying to be fair, but failing, or if it's only pretending to be fair to further an agenda. I had high hopes too, but I knew it was over when we got the claim that "jurists disagree" on whether the West Bank is under military occupation. (Some politicians on the right might disagree, but virtually no 'jurists', including the Supreme Court of the State of Israel.) Now in this part, completely misrepresenting the Oslo Accords and pretending Area C doesn't exist. Nice ._.
