Ford 2000 Fall Plowing

This was the garden we’re Roger had some corn. He cut it this year with a offset but it had tons of organic material which made it hard to plant and cultivate. Looking for a better spring garden next year with a good fall plowing. Thanks for watching and God Bless.

A 2-bottom plow moves a massive amount of dirt.

I have a 1945 Ferguson with a 2 row turning plow. Them jubilee’s are strong 💪👍❤️🙏🏼

Hello From Mark in Central Ky. Seeing that Ford with the straight pipe reminded me of the 3000 Ford that was on the farm where I lived as a kid. Dad got tired of replacing the mufflers that didn’t fare well with tree limbs and so Dad just straight piped the exhaust. With that tractor - You wasn’t going to sneak up on anyone. This tractor had the gasoline engine and was a very reliable machine for sure. I always enjoyed watching your videos with the 140 FarmAll and implements because those tractors bring back a lot of memories in cultivating tobacco and mowing using the L-59 Woods belly mowers. Thanks for all of your great videos.

I probably need to take time to mention on a video that it actually has a Ford 4000 engine. I always forget. Roger bought it with a diesel that was blowed. Bought a eBay 2000 gas engine and run across a great deal on a 4000 rebuilt engine.

@@Jtwes it's funny how we get about the straight pipes as we get older. Always enjoyed the old Farmall and John Deere Pop pop's when I was young even the 1066's but now I want a muffler on them. Take care Joey.

Man I need to be doing that to my garden. Took the bike out for one more ride came home and started to winterize to honey bees hives
