Ford 5600 fuel shut off valve and strainer replacement/maintenance.

If replacing your fuel filter doesn't resolve your sputtering tractor, try this. I've been replacing my filter every 6 months and only recently discovered there was no mesh strainer before the shut off valve at the fuel tank which I believe was the root of my problem.
