Use the powerball for 10+ years, cured my repetitive strain injury back then together with some stretches. Love this thing. Mainly use it as part of my warm-up before working out now.

You must have some real strong hand muscles then. Using it with any consistency for that long is impressive. I’ve had mine sitting around for about 17 years and only used it here and there. I didn’t think it’d do anything till I strained my wrist. That’s a great idea, I’m going to have to start using it before training for warming up too ☺️. Hadn’t thought of that, I kept doing it at night for the 30 days 😅 think I’m missing out

was it 20 mins straight with no breaks ... ive not used my powerball in a while .. u make me wanna pick it back up , also have you tried the attachment you can get , looks like a mini tennis racket , its so good changes how you can use it and it burns in a new way

For the first week it was 2 sets of 10 minutes. So I took breaks then. After week 1 I could do full sets with 20 minutes without a break. Then when I did the 30 minutes on my left it was non stop too. You should! I’ve had mine for about 17 years and it’s only this year I’ve used it consistently. Should see if it helps improve your grip and forearms too. If you do it long enough, or hard enough, to feel like you can hardly grip it by the end, that’s how I did it. I didn’t know you could get an attachment. That’s so cool! I’m going to look into getting that. ‘Powerball part 2# getting attached (to the new attachment)’

That must have been so strange to start with 😅. It’s like I get to say my first words all over again. Should have said something weirder at the start of the video 🤔. It surprised me they got that much bigger. I just assumed I’d lost size from there and it must be muscle memory. Found a comparison from when I was at my biggest before and there’s a big size difference. Probably why I’m still trying to use it daily. See if it goes full Pop-Eye on me

Might right forearm is also so much bigger than my left. I've no idea why.......also those are huge gains.

Blame it on walking the dog with that hand. If you don’t own one then just back away slowly if you get questioned. It’s weird right? I was just hoping for a little increase in size with extra grip strength. Regretting not using the powerball sooner, clearly haven’t been training forearms enough.
