Karen Taylor is phenomenal in her job, she is true artist. The police department is blessed having her. She is a very talented lady who knows what to do to solve a crime. Had she not got involved in this particular crime, this case might have never been solved. Hats off to Karen, a superior artist with tremendous talent who is helping investigators to solve crimes.

I went to grade school with Belynda. She was always in dirty clothes and her mother was drunk all the time and had like 5 other kids. The father was MIA. One time Belynda got sick at school. After trying and failing to get in touch with her mother, the principal personally drove Belynda home, only to knock on the door and find her mother passed out on the sofa with some man. Apparently they lived in a house with no running water. One of her older brothers was always in trouble with the law, too. It’s not really surprising Belynda wound up this way, sadly.

I always think, that the most difficult facial feature to get right would be the shape of someone’s nose. A nose can change the whole look of a face. And unlike other parts of the face, there’s no obvious muscle attachments to give a clue about the shape of the nose. But, that said, when they get the rest of the face done as close as possible, I believe that family will know it’s their missing loved one regardless of any slight differences.

@@lanasachie8505 Facial reconstruction isn't an exact science, though and mistakes are made. For example, if somebody is mixed race (think Metis where somebody has European and Indigenous heritage), and their DNA shows that they are of Indigenous heritage... Artists will reconstruct the face as that of somebody who is Indigenous whereas the person looks more European. Mistakes are made sometimes because forensics isn't always infallible... Look at those facial reconstructions out there of the Jane or John Does that took decades to get their identity back. Sometimes, the facial reconstructions aren't even accurate at all... And that's not the fault of the artist. They are going off of what they are taught and their instincts.

Agree w/you- but as a mature adult, I already KNOW : if dude is criminal, dude breaks up w/ gf over a pregnancy, invites you to “camping trip” where you’re ISOLATED, he’s not planning any child support financial arrangements with you. Both of them should have used birth control but were reckless. She did not deserve to die, though.

I think Angela absolutely knew all along what happened. I think she wanted to dip her toes in with the cops before she told them the real meat and potatoes. I have experienced first hand someone putting their lives in cops hands by coming forward with information about their partner who was cooking meth. And you know how a meth cook feels about the police. They didn’t do enough to protect her identity and she literally skipped town on an Amtrak and went to live with far away friends. He absolutely would have killed her if she hadn’t left, he was a total pos. She literally left school, a good bartending job with a lot of opportunity to manage and we got a bunch of tips there. Left her dog with her parents…when I say she had to skip town, I mean dropped the dog and bam. I hope she’s doing okay. We were just coworkers but I think about her a lot.

He was drunk when he picked her up from the club that night and you can tell from how he said it he likes to get faded. Both her and her brother were out drinking, partying, and doing whatever they wanted at a young age. Don’t believe me, look up the case yourself for more details. Their parents were not parents.

My mom and dad told us that no respectable young women hung out in a bar. It used to be a law in the US that women were not allowed to be customers at a bar. Then, it was changed to women could only be seated at a table and not on bar stools. Frankly, I preferred to eat and drink at restaurants.
