Former Rockstar Sells Pancit Hab-Hab in Poblacion Makati in a Secret Shop

Roland Merck “Punk” Fernandez Alvarez is a former rockstar turned into a restaurant owner in Makati City, Philippines. Hab-Haban sa Poblacion is a small food stall that is truly punk rock with its quirky design and cool vibes and people from all walks of life come to get their noodle fix for the day. We sat down with Punk as he told us about the challenges that he encountered and how he powered through with the kindness of the people he met along the way.

Sobrang lapit lang nito samin. Everytime na work from home ako dito na ko bumibili ng food. Paluto lang tas pick ko after. 115 lang yung habhab pero ang dami ng serving and busog na. Sobrang bait and accomodating din ni Chef Punk. Sa may SC Johnson & Son lang to, lapit sa 7/11 very hard to miss. I highly recommend for you guys to visit 👌
