Honestly if somebody who is serious about weight training is afraid of some additional calories from some Shake N Bake and some ketchup, I can't foresee their journey in bodybuilding being a very successful venture. That's like looking through a toilet paper roll and not realizing all of the additional paths to success outside of the view of that little roll. When it's off season, something like this to help you get more chicken down is worth it's weight in gold for that aspect ALONE. Great video brother, keep up the awesome content!

I was watching your video. I totally respect your regimen and it has been great to watch. I have learned a ton from you. With the potatoes, i would highly recommend rinsing them in ice cold water to take out some of the starch out of the potatoes. It helps immensely with the crispness and the taste. Rinse them till the water is clear from the potatoes.

Coat strips with Pringle’s and bake at 350 till golden brown. Flip strips and Brian on both sides. Just wanted to share... thought you may like the option. Also works well with pork.... and sour cream and onion flavored Pringle’s 👊 thanks for your time and videos

Aluminium man is probably going to analyse the juicyness, lol. I'm happy you're actually showing how easy it is because cooking should be an integral part of the lifestyle in my opinion. Did you also experiment with preboiling patatoes? The starch will crystallise after it has cooled on the outside and it will give an amazing flavour when you finalise them in the cooker or oven.
