I think it's an adjustable rack to place in a roasting pan when you're cooking a turkey or chicken so it gets roasted all around and doesn't sit in the grease. It looks similar to one I sometimes use.
@maryscott_504 жыл бұрын
Yes, and for lifting the turkey out of the pan. The long pin hooks it together. After using the rack to take out the turkey, pull out the pin to remove the rack's sides.

Does the planter not fit down into the lamp, rather than lamp into planter, since bottom of planter is smaller than top of planter? Looks like vintage tv lamp that often had planter with them. Shape is same on both pcs. Please try the smaller bottom of planter down in lower part of the lamp. If it fits, please show us!??? Love those old tv lamps. Fun finds. TFS!!

And you are all respectful of the previous owners. And I have heard each of you mention at least one of the others! I think it's so cool that you are the only ones I enjoy watching because of it . You are correct with the pipe tobacco humidor. Stone on underside of the lid was for humidity control. That is usually a dead giveaway with humidors. Great 1960s TV lamp, probably had semicircular planter in the brass holder.Leather plant hanger for shallow cactus garden? Dog items probably have some real value.

@@PaperandMoose ,the collars.. that looooooong pause and the look on your face Renee... were you thinking they were for ' human use '?. (The couple was elderly though) There must be be a whole little niche market for humans who LIKE to dress up and use that sort of paraphernalia and role play. Maybe it was just me because I have found 3 different sets of those ' collars, cuffs and ropes ' in storage lockers over the last months. The bright pink leather fluffy ones were nice. I think that was the locker with the ' Dominatrix style black spiky heels.(And the shoes were New in the box-never worn."Funtasma" Brand shoes) You never KNOW what you will find in storage lockers. *The box had bright colors and a slogan " Step into Fun"..FUN means kids, right? "Scrunchy" clothes were worn by thin women. It made them not look so thin, if they were self conscience. Enjoyed the video! The military cap is called a Garrison Cap. The border is called pipping which IDs branch he was in, a little hard to make out from here but looked like gold and red which is what transportation used. The dog collars were great! Probably will sell good to. I sort of collect older dog collars, have a couple uncommon 1800s silver ones which are often sold as slave collars. Have an unusual iron spike one they put on shepherds dogs for fighting wolves and then one with a silver bell which were usually worn by pugs. People collect dog dog tags too and some of those can be worth some money , ones that look like bones or a dog.
