Listening to him is a great experience , for anyone who wants a gist - 1) take a step back and reflect 2) Maslow's hierarchy to see where you stand in your life and what drives your happiness 3) Mark Manson (author of the subtle art of not giving a f*uck) - do something , just start and do something. 4) Pareto principle - 80/20 rule - 80 percent of your results come from 20 percent of your efforts . Find those 20 percent efforts and keep doing them. Manage your time well. Thanks 👍🏻
