Hi everyone, Adam here! You may have noticed we already published this video yesterday but, sadly, a certain broadcaster tried to claim over 80% of it over a small clip we'd used and, obviously, we weren't going to allow that. So, while we fight our corner on this one we've taken down the original and reuploaded this version that just uses stills. It's not ideal for a few things we wanted to highlight, but hopefully you can still understand it. Thanks for bearing with us and hopefully we'll have the original back up soon enough 🙏

Arteta is a genius who started his coaching career while at Arsenal under Wenger. He was supposed to be Wenger replacement but the board thought that the fans were not ready for a manager with no experience. He was Peps assistant for a reason. He personally picked some of City's coaching staff while at city.
@JoonziАй бұрын
Young/new Arsenal fans are so not used to what they’re seeing under Arteta’s team, they can’t help but question its strength and resolve before every potential challenge. And this Arsenal team keeps answering every hardship being thrown at them with triumph and success. I don’t blame those fans, they lived through horrible periods, but it’s time to realise this is a new era. It’s other clubs who fear Arsenal now, as much as Arsenal used to fear them only a few years ago.

@derkaiser420Ай бұрын
I am biased obviously but I think this is why Arsenal is so great now and over the past few seasons. Before, Arsenal needed possession and an attacking attitude or else they would lose. Teams are not used to Arsenal sitting back, defending, and hitting on the break. But, when they have the best defense in the League, you can do that. If you can trust your back four and the keeper then it makes it so you can focus on the middle and attacking thirds.

I love the analysis, both for this game and in previous videos. Adam asked what Arsenal fans think. I am an Arsenal fan and I loved the work ethic. The closing message about who wanted it more is very apt. I am concerned though, because all sides, when they put in a performance like this, they tend to look jaded their next time out. These boys worked their socks off. I don't know if Atalanta in midweek is a good or a bad thing, but I expect every player in this game to look exhausted in Italy. Look at the way Liverpool put it on ManU last week, then they came out this weekend flat. That is what a top effort does to a side all too often. Arsenal do not have the quality in depth to start a significantly different side against City, and an away trip to Atalanta seems more likely to make the problem worse than better. So I am very concerned about Arsenal next weekend. If Arsenal can do what they did against Spurs, defend even better, and have Rice and Odegaard back, maybe they can get a result at City. But that is a lot of maybe's and I predict Arsenal get beat next weekend. If they can put together two top performances, even with the away trip to Italy in between, I will be happy to be wrong, but I don't think its gonna happen.

Guys I have a question on Spurs team. To make better use of Son Heung-min, should they play a 4-4-2 formation? (as CF or SS) From what I've seen, Son Heung-min seems more like a technician who targets goals by penetrating the defense line rather than being a winger crossing. I really don't understand the current Spurs' positioning. Spurs are performing so poorly, and the one resource they should be using well is Son. It’s really frustrating. I'd like to hear the opinion of someone who knows well? Is the 4-4-2 formation truly an outdated strategy. Setting aside the fact that it may not align with Ange's style,
@orn464Ай бұрын
I wouldn’t say the formation is outdated, but more managers are implementing as an “out of possession” type of formation, which is what you see with Arsenal. You’ll notice that a lot of top teams use 4-3-3 on paper, mainly because it’s more flexible and it can be easily changed into a different formation (4-4-2) depending on the situation. I honestly think a 4-4-2 could work better for son, he isn’t really your run of the mill left-winger. It’s important that he’s paired up with a box presence like solanke though so he can be given sort of a more free role to roam around if that makes sense. Son has worked as a left winger when playing with kane, but that system was also different. Just my opinion anyway👍.

@NorthLondonForeverCOYGАй бұрын
Talking about last season this season? Who was missing for Spurs this game. And please learn the meaning of the term ‘bottling’ first. Finishing 2nd isn’t bottling. Bottling is winning until the last second and then unexpectedly lose. Last season too we missed Timber (whole season), Tomiyasu, Martinelli, Zinchenko, Jesus, Vieira (for few months). It’s not like we didn’t have injuries. We were missing 6 players who would start for Spurs - Ødegård, Rice, Calafiori, Merino, Zinchenko and Tomiyasu and still won. You don’t even know what you are talking about. Liverpool have no injuries this season and lost one game, United too doesn’t have any major injuries and have 2 losses (I think), Spurs too have 2 losses with each of their starters present. Do your research properly mate.
