@@FowlersMakeryandMischief This type of food consumed every day for a short time will provide you with nothing but various diseases and problems in the body. That's why you complained of a headache after only a few days. In the wild, if possible, the diet should be as plant-based as possible, because that is the only way to preserve your health, since you do not have medicines available. My country, Serbia, is mostly a country of agricultural people, pure nature and villages for thousands of years. Meat was given as wages to mercenaries who worked for the nobleman because it is considered food of lower quality. The Western world has been programmed since the 18th century to think that food of animal origin is the best, but that is a terrible lie. It's the fastest way to get sick. In our villages, it is normal for people in their 90s to work, because they are healthy and vital. In real conditions of survival, it is best to know plants and mushrooms. 80% of plants in nature are either edible or medicinal, as well as the huge number of mushrooms that are everywhere. Food of animal origin should be eaten only if there is no other choice. Most forests are full of various types of oak. Oak acorns are very healthy and abundant. It can very easily be made into bread, biscuits, coffee or collected for the winter. During the winter, it is best to fast on water twice for 20 days in order to cleanse the organism, that will prevent any diseases. This is how my people lived for thousands of years.

If you eat nothing but junk your whole life and then switch to wild game your body will have to adapt, but after it adapts, you will feel better than you have ever felt so quit trying to spread lies. It is very healthy to eat wild game and raise your own food.

My experience with the thumping is the roots are breaking on trees. My bride and I had the crap scared out of us on a couple occasions when we heard what sounded like trees getting hit with wooden baseball bats. Another day, during daylight I heard the same noise and went to investigate. I was within 50 feet of the sound when a last couple of thumps yielded a large sick oak tree falling over. It was a relief to know because we thought that someone was messing with us or something. Love your show!
