now look even if you aren't a Cardi fan , you understand that Tasha was dead wrong! I stopped watching Tasha because of lies like this on other stuff. I will say she does a pretty good interview here and there, which is where she should have moved on to.

I so agree with Claudio Jordan. This happened to me and the feeling of not wanting to leave your home for what people are saying or thinking about you- it is pure evil to make up a lie about someone, know its true and spread it- not caring about the mental toll and humiliation that will cause.

This was a interesting tort case. I’m a first year law student and as I continued studying I predicted this outcome. Freedom of speech is limited. Defamation, invasion of privacy and libel are separate issues. The legal definitions are very precise and clear. Cardi could be awarded additional special damages by the court as well. This case has set a precedent.
