Another great episode in the series Luke! Short and sweet, and packed with great info. What drove the decision for a staggered stud wall as a means for continuous insulation as a thermal break? And why the ⅝" Zip over 7/16" or even ½"? Just a more stiff wall?

We were going to use another thermally broken stud, but decided to use more readily available materials. 5/8" is what the engineer specified - I like the "more stiff wall" that this will provide... Thanks for the questions!!
