Thanks for the tips Ben! I followed your tips yesterday, in particular the tip about breathing at the top of each thruster. I managed to get a PR. I went from 4:40 Rx to 3:32 Rx. I went slower than I normally do on the set of 21, but I was able to shorten my transition time between the set of 21 and set of 15 since I didn't have to stop and catch my breath for 30 seconds like I normally do. Thanks again for making this video!

Excellent tips. Preparing for a comp this weekend where I have to do "Double Fran", and I'm trying to figure out my strategy for that kind of volume. Plus how to keep from shredding my hands.

best advice on when to break and how to break it..... 11/10 on thruster 10/5...etc Also would you break the butterfly in similar way? I plan to break at 21 buttlefly cause I was thinking 21 straight would be challenging for me even though I can do it.

@wodprep, what types of stretches/mobility stuff can I do to improve my Fran output? Last time I believe my time was 5:15. 4 years ago I did it and it took me like 12 minutes with assisted pull-ups. I’m trying to get around 4:30. Seems like a huge amount of time to drop. Should I be doing more squat cleans/squatting throughout the week? Thanks so much in advance. Wes
