In my view the deeper meaning of Mary Shelley's work is really a warning. It looks like she tells we should be aware of the danger we bring in and with us. In fact the real monster is Doctor Frankenstein , the Creator and not the creature, the poor monster. And, who knows, perhaps this might also have a teological perspective.
