Some Metafit/Crossfit type sessions...Floor to sky jumps, burpees, pushup variations, explosive jacks, squat variations, sumo holds...and of course plank variations...crucifix etc...you have such an amazing repertoire you could keep us going for years! :-)

Thanks Frank! Im trying to get into shape after covid. I went from manual work to a desk job, which has been horrendous on my body. This is the first of many workouts. I try to workout each day this month and after that I want to find a regular schedule, with harder workouts and rest days. It feel great to have warmed up to this workout. Thanks again 🙏🏼

love your wrk out man i do them regularly. am 47 super fit fpr my age but lots pf problems delaing with old injuries in knees and shoulders. right niw abve all right knee which affects anyway every movement not to mention sure any cardio training or legs...............

Saw a pull up bar motivation music video from Frank about 7 years ago. Came back to watch it to get motivated and stumbled onto this 7 minutes core workout. Couldn't even complete it straight through but I'm SWEATING LIKE A PIG! Thank you Frank for another inspirational video. ✌

Core workout : - Plank get up to arm leg lift 30s - Body saw 30s - 180 plank reach 30s each side - Low plank knee ins 30s - Plank jack to knee in 30s - Side plank walk 30s - Plank climber 30s - Reverse plank hold 30s - Side plank crunch 30s each side - Regular plank hold 30s

Awesome stuff! But I wish you added some sound indications when to stop and move on to the next exercise. I'm not looking at the screen while working out

Hey Frank, I'm still making small progress using your 6 minute fat burner routine especially my shoulders, chest and back. Can't believe seeing some results but you know I will try this new routine in future. I work on the road so this is perfect 👌.

I’ve been doing this workout for abs for around 2/3 weeks now. Extremely challenging. Holding the plank is the biggest challenge.

I already have abs and a well defined physique so very little change there but my plank strength increased dramatically as I can now hold myself in a plank position for long durations of time
