Well rest day it's still fine to do it. As much as your body does need to recover, you can still put in lighter workout and still be fine. I recently bumped my intensity up with workouts so I do need the rest days, but on the days I'm not im usually walking for about 30 minutes or longer. I do 20 burpees, 15 jumping squats, 12 lunges 6 on each leg, 15 squats, 12 diamond push ups trying to work my way up to little extra because after that I do 12 incline push ups, and 12 decline push ups, 14 Mike tyson style push ups, 15 dips, and 12 crawl out to push ups. And after that I do my abs work different about targeting, and included a 5 minute 1.5 lb jump rope. I want to get all these up little and little

Another badass workout!!! I’m now at 165lbs was 212 before following Fraser! And I actually have a six pack forming 😳! Following Fraser will get you ripped up!! Stick with it and eat good takes a little patience and time but worth it in the end!

I do 💪. Just takes time patience and not eating garbage food. I had also mixed in quite a bit of running which helped in keeping me lean.

Of all the ab workout videos i sought for help, yours proved to be the most effective. Currently 154 but prior to doing this and your other ab videos for 1 week 3x helped me drop to from 159 to 154. Its not a lot but its still something :D

good routine and workout video. Easy to follow. I think the one thing people tend to forget about abdominals is they need to keep contracting. It's not enough to just move the lower body, you have to activate the abs like every other muscle needs to be activated on the body. Good video!
