Hi Russ First Fred ! Awesome 👍 Regarding HardKnott there is no other training ground than the hill itself so just get in the miles and get in the steepest climbs you can as you will be shattered right when your legs need you the most and gravity becomes your enemy 😉 If you get your head down you will Smash it 🤙💪
