Most of the exercises are performed in plie position so you will get some bonus glute and front of thigh work. This unique blend of exercises will stretch and lengthen the thighs to give them a long, lean dancer's look. You will be surprised how hard you can work the inner thighs with no equipment, just your body weight and a mat. If you want even more of a burn you can add some dumbbells.

inner thighs can be hard to strengthen, they are a quite under used muscle group. Maybe do some of my other inner thigh workouts too as the mat ones complement the standing ones 😊

@@barlatesbodyblitz I did all of them, and all are killers....the mat is just a trap....making you believe will be more easy..is not....but I absolutely love all and always wait with interest new video for which I thank you deeply

Such a short workout, but it made my legs shake and burn like crazy!! Absolutely love this! The added calf work was great too- something I am trying to incorporate more. Barlates has helped my flexibility and to really open my hips!

I love working in a turned out plie position, it's my go to stance for many workouts and I find it is great for opening up and stretching through the hips! :)

Amazing, quick workout; great to add onto another sess. Def. inner thighs, but I also felt it in quads, glutes, etc.; bonus! Your cues to press the knees together before pressing them open really intensified the move. Thank-you!

hi !!! its me from Greece again !! I've been doing this workout again because its fantastic and then I realised that I love this series because its outdours in the garden and because the camera is closer to you and its easier for me to see the correct posture and changes in the exercises !!!And then I thought that your videos deserve more subscribers! why dont you do a pool or seaside series (if there is a beach near ?)this kind is really popular !!!

I do enjoy filming in the garden, I have this garden series and the fit in 5 mat series. I am planning on filming outdoors again when the weather cools down a bit. It is a lot harder to film on location, it takes time and setting up the camera and sound with sand flying around isn't the easiest thing. At the moment I might have to stick to back yards, but I have been thinking about branching out in the future to other locations. 😊

Omg, im not looking forward to walking tomorrow. All your videos give me noodle legs hahah! But, I am seeing results that I have not seen when lifting weights.

Ha ha! Yes, I am usually sore in at least one part of my body every day of my life!! These workouts target the smaller supporting muscle groups as well as the larger ones that weights hit so you will definitely get better results than with just weights alone! :)

Please also share how much calories your workout video burn per video, then little bit of more helpful :(does't have calorie trackor thanks

everyone burns different calories depending on many different factors so I cannot put an exact calorie burn. If you have a fit bit or other calorie tracker, that is the best way to measure how many calories you burn. Many of my workouts are not about high calorie burn as they are not aerobic. Just because you burn a lot of calories doesn't mean it is a good workout. Some strength workouts are very hard, but they are an-aerobic which means you don't burn as many calories. 😀
