Most of the exercises are performed in plie position so you will get some bonus glute and front of thigh work. This unique blend of exercises will stretch and lengthen the thighs to give them a long, lean dancer's look. You will be surprised how hard you can work the inner thighs with no equipment, just your body weight and a mat. If you want even more of a burn you can add some dumbbells.
