Julio, that is a very generous link and effort you provided. Thank you very much!

Nice! The RZ Blue in combination with your app is actually the best remote trigger I ever used. LOVE IT

Will be working on the Apple Watch trigger soon. It feels so nice to trigger the camera from your wrist. I’ve done it already but is not ready for uploading to the App Store.

Hey so glad it help out!! If you are outdoors using the wlf remember to don’t let the sun hit the lens too long or it could melt the mask

I'm looking for a 90mm lens for the RB67 SD pro, would you have any links to share?

RL Brooks Photography why don’t you ask the Facebook group? Or eBay?

this is epic!! i went to the arts and crafts store to me a 35mm panoramic mask (epic fail) and you have a 35mm mask. i notice you have a 6x2.5 file and "35mm (multiple files) are they the same? sorry for silly question i can only see the 6x2.5 picture. great great content. one of the hardest things to soucre for the rz67 is a focusing screen with the split image and or with the mircoprism. Who ever can make those would fill a massive void in the community. happy new year and thank you for the files
@RyuuzakiJulio4 жыл бұрын
Yeah I get that, but that requires more equipment to make good glass and to make the film with lines that goes under it. It is a gap indeed but not something anyone can take on and make a business out of it. There is probably less than 10k cameras being used world wide and once someone buys it it won’t buy it again for years, so yeah.. There is a back (I didn’t knew about) that was 6x2.5, it’s not the 35mm one. The 35mm one is a bit different it actually uses the whole area of the film.
@soulstart894 жыл бұрын
@@RyuuzakiJulio i didnt realise that a 6x2.5 film back existed. cheers about the 35mm files. you have a point about the focusing screens. making small numbers would mean high prices. ive been trying to get a type B,C or D for while now. i find with the prism in some lighting it can be very hard to judge focus

soulstart89 more reason why I made the custom viewfinder. But again, it wasn’t cheap.

Julio Ryuuzaki true. Your device seems really good as you can move the loupe over the whole screen.

soulstart89 yeah, well corners are not reachable but on a digital back is no problem.

Completely random idea but how hard would it be to 3D print the adaptor that allows you to use the digital back on the RZ & RB67 cameras as these adaptors are expensive and non existent .
@RyuuzakiJulio4 жыл бұрын
It’s a great idea. But you stumble on several issues. One is that extrude 3D printers aren’t as accurate as needed, you do get extra blushes and uneven surfaces. Second is the material rigidity is way below what is needed to securely attach the digital back on the camera, you could order a metal 3D print, but it needs to have a few moving pieces and even that, the 3D prints of metals don’t give you a very accurate result. They deviate from the actual model by a couple of mm decimals which is a lot. The only true option would be to CNC machine the thing, but then again, a complex piece like that would end up being as expensive as the original. It could be a fun project to work on. But even that the official plates USED go for up to 1k I doubt someone would want to pay the normal 400-500 dlls for a custom single machine piece. A company would not machine less than a few thousand units for a semi-decent price. And if you find someone who can machine just one, they will end up charging a lot and probably giving up since the error margin is way beyond cheap hobbyist CNC machines can do. You do got me thinking tho. I might give it a try just for the goggles.
@CJWareLRPS4 жыл бұрын
Julio Ryuuzaki would definitely be worth a try for the giggles as if it works it could be a viable contender especially as the cheapest back adaptation I can get for my RB is by a company called silvestri model 7006 and it’s 500€ which is a crazy price for what it does
@RyuuzakiJulio4 жыл бұрын
CJ Ware LRPS - TheCreativeGeek yeah, but if I give anyone in the street 500 dlls, they can’t make me a strong piece with such precision. Including, materials, super expensive machinery, and the expertise of handling those machines. You see, we are we are spoiled with the idea of mass production and how cheap things can go if someone build a factory that just uses molds to produce the same part over and over every few seconds. Then yeah, 20 dlls, 30 dlls sure why not. I got 2,000,000 pieces conning out and being sold everyday. It costs me 2 dlls to make it anyway, I already spent 10,000,000 in creating the factory and paying workers. But already made my money back and much more. Making a custom part for a ridiculously small amount of people is not worth no ones time, and even if they do, it will end up costing them much more than what the average low balling consumer wants to pay or thinks is worth. I have a tremendous love for the RZ community so I made that remote trigger to offer them, but I assure you, I am making no money out of it at all and is already close to 100 dlls. And I can see the low market. Only sold 23 units. The end. Spend hours, says, weeks, months designing, learning new languages, ordering and ordering materials to do this and that test, discarding prototypes, working on new ones, to try to get everyone the lowest price for something they can work with confidence. And just sold 20? And didn’t made money? Was a stupid move for some, but my goal was to give those 20 people the option. How many people you think is asking for an adapter for the RB?
