Well said. Putting in the work becomes easy when you build good habits based on your purpose. Then you're just having fun in the moment. I feel I make more progress when I'm having fun with my practice and focusing on my craft vs. focusing on superficial gains.

Hallo Carl and thanks esp for sharing re Autonomy and ikigai I didn’t really get what you said about mastery being practice... ok, I can see practice => mastery but what about remembering why you started let’s you see how to finish. Could you elaborate? I see how you did it in the video but how would you do it to return to ground engagements Finally With freedom& autonomy, my practice really requires another person and that is a bit of a limitation right now. Also I feel time and mobility constraints. I guess that’s where I have to restart my practice! The partners will come. Thanks coach

Hey Carl, could you also explain how you implement these principles in a real life example in your life or practice? Many thanks!

Yes, I will be doing this in future videos. I am simply working on laying somewhat of a foundation at the moment for those who genuinely care about process over the mechanical steps. Thank you for being here.
