Do you have any plastic-free tips on freezing fish? I plan to store my fish in glass containers, but I want to stack my fishes (I have 100g cut for one meal and store them in one container). Previously, I stored in plastic containers and used plastic separators to stack.

When I catch fish in the gulf, I've been vacuum sealing in my hotel & icing in down til I get home just 7 hours away. Is this a safe practice given that it's on ice til I get it home to my freezer?

One presenter say only two days freshness in freezer while another says 6 months... Which is true

I think they are saying 6 months in the freezer and 1 to 2 days in the fridge
