I love how French music is always so painfully French, know what I mean?
@Ezullof17 күн бұрын
I mean, this music is a stereotype. I'm French but I've lived abroad, and I know exactly where it comes from: 1950s-1960s cinema. We do not in fact listen to accordion all day. Funnily enough, for french people, the painfully French music would either be Edith Piaf or Lully.

In several previous civ games, the theme is often based on medieval/renaissance France, but even we French people don't really know much about our own music before Louis XIV. ...Whereas if you have some accordion and a few notes referencing "La Marseillaise" in there.
