What I love most about it is that it’s so easy to customize and there is an endless amount of toppings so it never gets boring. My easy French toast recipe uses a rich egg custard that’s soaked up into the bread, flavored with vanilla and cinnamon then pan-fried in plenty of butter so it’s soft and fluffy on the inside but perfectly golden and crisp on the outside.

There's NO need for a Cookbook these days, just go to his Channel Page and type what you want to Cook into the Search..if he has what you're looking for it will show up...in a Video ! I was a Printer for 40 years...get with the times...we don't need News Papers or Cookbooks, we don't even need Books at all anymore....even my 80 year old Mom loves having a Tablet and a Amazon Prime/Kindle account.

Vanilla is a must and I also add a little butter flavoring, I let the bread dry out on the counter or even let it toast lightly in my toaster so it doesn't come out soggy. Looks delicious 😻

I just made this and it’s so good! It tastes like the frozen french toast you’d get from a grocery story, but even better. I cut the amount of sugar and cinnamon and it still hit the spot great. (Only used 1/5 cup of sugar and 1/4 tsp of cinnamon). I definitely recommend using the given amount of cinnamon, I didn’t taste much of it.

I always add a sprinkle of cinnamon on each slice when I put it in the pan. The later slices never have enough cinnamon compared to the first few 😂

I absolutely love French toast 😋 I'm actually making a french toast bake today that is super easy and delicious. It's basically bread pudding. I cube a whole loaf of cinnamon brioche and put it in my butter lined baking dish. Then i slice up some smoky breakfast sausage (Eckrich brand fully cooked ) and mix it in. Then I add a couple handfuls of frozen wild blueberries in the mix. And then prepare the custard with cinnamon and a couple tablespoons of real maple syrup. Let it soak in a few minutes, then bake. Then I serve it with the maple syrup drizzled on. It is soooo good! I highly recommend it lol

I never tire of French toast. I like to make a big batch so that I have quick breakfast from the freezer (without the added cost and additives from packaged). Make sure you place a piece of wax paper between slices when freezing and freeze flat. Straight from the freezer I use the defrost button on the toaster and they come out perfectly. Oh if you have some fresh or frozen berries, warm them up in some maple syrup in the microwave. 😉
