I have completely changed my dynamic trust me, everything is real and works. Even my most past ex's are returning..😅 and this time so healthy and divine. Bless you Alex. Love love love life all. 😘🥰 I take 1 hour to talk to myself n my inner child everyday thanks to Shelly. Some days I would wake at 3am to do this if I hv a busy day ahead. I ll find my time "for ME"

This is incredible. I just had these thoughts a couple of minutes ago!!! "oh, this guy (my boyfriend) doesn't text me" or "oh, because of the serious conversation we had last weekend when I presented myself completely vulnerable....he's no longer interested in me or he's afraid to hurt me if this relationship is not gonna work long-term". Along with all these thoughts, my feelings invaded my whole body and a sense of fear appeared instantly. Then I told myself...."ok I have this feeling, what can I do? Am I scared that this guy is also gonna leave me like the rest of the dudes I dated before? Yes! Do I have control over this? No!" It doesn't mean that I feel better now but it's scary to realise the thoughts you have and suddenly identifying yourself with them....which are just thoughts. So this is where the internal battle takes place. It's hard work.

I was smiling the whole time seeing your collab. It's true, I'm making it a priority in my life. My friend is being distant, but I'm using LOA to chase me, instead of me thinking negative thoughts about this particular relationship. I am enjoying a caring, kind, loving, passionate relationship with... Know what, Coach Alex, what I have been learning is that it is a universal issue that when a man starts to get distant, French woman, even a Filipino woman would think of those irrational thoughts and would feel insecure about oneself... yes, thank you Ms Shelly and I got reaffirmed that just yesterday, I started telling myself that I am confidently beautiful with a heart, that I am good enough and I am an empowered woman! Thank you Alex for posting this video! I have been watching all your KZbin videos and this one hits the nail on the head. I have been practicing changing my mindset and manifesting “good thoughts”. Usually we are taught to be modest and not to toot our horn. Through listening to self help coaches and learning from them I have seen a complete shift in my thoughts and feelings. I genuinely believe and know that I am a Queen and I know that I have amazing qualities, happiness lies within me and I am sitting back and being receptive instead of worrying or rattling my head for an answer. It’s like saying “he cheated on you because you were giving off insecure signals”. No, he cheated cause he’s a bad person who doesn’t respect you and thinks he can get away with it. People can be toxic and they try to treat you badly cause they think they could. So the best decision is to show them that they cannot and eliminate them from you life.

I've tried this one and it really works, he was distant but everytime I saw your coaching advice about men being distant I applied it to myself. I will never message him first and chasing him everyday, if he can't message me then its fine. Until I've noticed that he is the one send me message first. I replied but not immediately it takes 1-2hrs, maybe he just check up on me if I'm ok, he didn't ask but I feel it. I didn't ask him too, why should I? I want him to pursue me. 😊 Thanks for the nice advice it helps me a lot. 😊

It's working for me a littlebit different as a woman. Most of the time I pursue my man, I send him sweet words etc. but only when I feel like it. I really don't care if I'm being pursued or not by him because I have a deep believe that what I choose is also choosing me. And I know my man loves me and adores me. 😍 But I loved to watch this! This isn't the correct strategy for everyone, but I'm glad it works for many. For some, the only thing that needs to happen is deconstructing the conditioning (beliefs) that who I am is separate from love. Through deconstruction, what remains is one's true nature, love. And love attracts love. So, instead of implementing new beliefs, you deconstruct all beliefs and feel what remains when no beliefs remain which pull your attention always from just being the love. Who we are is true love. No belief is going to convince you of the most self evident thing in reality.

So the feeling of longing and desiring of a person or a thing is a psychological hole as to hunger and thirst to biological. But you can fill that hole up with your own thoughts, by living in the end, where your desire is fulfilled . Then your reality changes to mimic your confirmed belief. Please read Neville Goddard stuff that Shelly and a lot of other teachers materials ate based on.
