Long distance relationship here. I do all the work. I travel to him, I initiate contact, I became somewhat a maid to him (when I was over there). I’ve watched a few of Alex’s videos and it’s changed my perspective. I’m putting him on a pedestal for no reason, he does nothing to deserve to be up there. It’s time to take a few steps back and see his true colours. He’s not getting what he wants anymore.

I did same and he was cheating on me the whole time. 3 years straight! I paid food when with him, cooked, cleaned his place, paid all travel expenses, delayed my work, took time off to be as long as possible with him. To show him I cared, put him on that pedestal, been always understanding and in the end got my heart broken, stayed with him even if his cheating came out and he said sorry. Later it has gone more crazy and he ended things with him. We stop talk for a year, I changed number, delete and block him from everywhere and a year later he send me some card, saying I can contact him if I want. 😂 I guess his other interests didn't want him. 😂 I kept his card as memory to have won the game! By just ignore his narcissistic azz. 😂 I'm here again with a new guy I met online. I see same patterns, I make myself too available for him. Delay my life ... I gotta stop do this... Take your power back ladies! Focus own life and give him little bit attentions... Little... Let him do the work. If he doesn't want do the work, to make plans to express any emotions, it's probably because he has many ladies like you, and you are not a priority. I am there now, yeah we chat each night... But it's always same, he will get tired of it .. Tonight I am not available to him but I rather go sleep early .. Wake up early, go have fun without to worry about him. 😉 I want enjoy life without need someone but to keep the options open if a person comes into my life that wants to stay in my life. That really shows they care. 😊

I needed this so bad this morning. Alex, I was feeling down because of many things. We are in a long distance relationship and have been for 14 months. We've met about 6 times so far. Usually once a month but it's aggravating. Because he rarely texts me first. We talk on the phone 5 nights a week. But Wednesday night and Sunday night is our nights off. After something bad happens, a woman quickly rushes to talk to all of her female friends to get support, whereas a man can isolate himself and grief alone.
