Q: Can this be done with fresh peaches? A: I think it would be possible if you drain them very, very well. My concern is that the canned peaches may get really soft, since they have already been cooked once and then are being baked as well. Healing Fibers, oh I wish you could share how you made the peach vinegar. Could I use the peels and pits I froze last season for jelly? I would much rather make vinegar with them if it would work. Also, would blanching to get the skins off Destroy the properties needed for vinegar? Or Will I have to get fresh peaches from this year’s crop. (May be difficult, had late frost here). Thank you Constance, maybe you could teach us how to do this? 🤞🏼❤️

@@raydeenjaques2048 I’ve only used either fresh or previously frozen fruits to make my vinegars so I’m not sure about if a heating process would hinder the development of a good vinegar. I will tell you though that I follow how RAIN COUNTRY kzbin.info makes her vinegars. As far as I’ve found, she has by far the most and best instruction on vinegars from practically every fruit and even herbs. I’ve learned all I know about the process from watching her vinegars playlist. Good luck❤️🙏🏼🇺🇸

i grease and sugar my pans for sweet breads--they do not stick and does not leave that flour residue -plus the breads come out so easy!!

Did you use store bought flour or your own milled flour?

This recipe was store-bought organic all-purpose flour. I mostly use my milled wheat for yeast breads, but I am testing out other recipes using it as well.
