I own 154 acres northern ontario that moose casually saunter through with the mule deer...if ever you fixin for some ontario game! Feel blessed you can resource food more than the average Canadian bear 😂 A white lady here with no access to guns makes for some interesting food gathering. Thank God for trapping. If I can get to the animals before the neighbors lol. The grocery prices is the least of our concerns. I'm thrilled you know about gathering as much as trapping!❤❤❤

Plant some ootatoes in a 2' by 2' box using pallet wood and sone small ligs for posts. As the plant grows add dirt and another board around let it grow then repeat. After a month or 2 you can remive a bottom board and reach in and harvest new potatoes. Then wait till potatoe harvest time and you can get 20 to 40 lbs from one plant in a 2" square area.
