my 2' X 4' X 11.5" flow cabinet (FFU) came in today. so happy that Gary inspired me to go as far as I have with fungi farming !! Thanks Gary (and friends), you've all help change my life for the better !

Is there a way to commercially cultivate puffballs indoors? has it been done?

@@MaxS535 Giant puffballs (calvatia gigantea) are actually saprobic. unsure of the species in the video, Gary needs to have a PCR test run & I am sure he knows someone for that

good timing, I just found my first puffball yesterday why do you use such a large piece of the mushroom ? mine always turn green unless I use a very small piece (2mm/3 or less)

It’s all about sterility - size doesn’t matter

Hi. I wanted to know whether spawns can be stored in paper bags or freezer paper? Will affect the mycelium run?

Heyy brother! So I noticed you have a vertical laminar flow hood. I've mostly just seen horizontal flow hoods being used in mycology so Im curious if youve had any issues like more contam or anything vertical one? I heard the main con is you cant stack stuff.. but any other drawbacks? Thanks

PSA: Don't eat raw wild mushrooms, ever. Glad you didn't experience any I'll side effects, but this is how you give yourself food poisoning or serious GI upset.
