I discovered Jaden's videos about 2 years ago and they have been so helpfull. Over 4 years since my first crash and I;m worried because I'm stuck at phase 3 to 4 four for about 1,5 year. Seems it will never go way..

Can you do a breakdown of what exactly you did during the day while you were in recovery. Like did just lay around in bed, look at your phone, meditate, go for walks. What exactly did you do to fill your day in recovery?

Im really struggling. I still dont know whats up with me. Ive been jn the hospital multiple times already. I struggle with heart palpitations, tension headaches, light sensitivity, feeling disconnected, anhedonia, and muscle spasms and can only correlate this with long term chronic stress. Initially started with random hot flashes and panic attack at work. 5 months later and still struggling. How would you differentiate being stuck in chronic fight or flight due to chronic stress/adrenal fatigue vs something like PTSD?
@Psalm119502 ай бұрын
Good questions. I've been going through horrible anxiety, depression and other chronic symptoms, struggling with sleep too. 2 years almost now

Thanks for the videos you put out jaden we appreciate you! I started going into adrenal fatigue in February 2024 I never allowed myself to fully crash..so I think I started in phase 2 which was hell because I didn’t know what was going on with me. I didn’t realize until around June that it was caused by me overtraining in the gym…so July 9th I quit the gym fully it’s been over 2 months now and my progress has been amazing…the key is balanced diet and sleep. When you’re in the beginning phases no supplement will help, what’s happening is happening at a cellular level so the true healer is time…wishing everyone a speedy recovery ✨🫶🏾

Hey Jaden, thank you for your videos. I have another question. I think I am in phase 3 now (after 12 months, due to my own faults 😅). I feel more energetic en emotional stabile then before. But I still have pain on my chest after too much stimuli. Is that normal? Or am I still in the danger zone? Greetings again from Amsterdam
@katarinasundqvist54112 ай бұрын
Im so in it right now. Not sure if it's late phase 1 or 2...not fun that's for sure. Constant feeling of anxiety throughout day mostly. Better after 7pm. Working on acceptance and surrender.

For me what really made a difference was adressing my gut problems. When my gut was running smooth i feel 10x better and more relaxed its also connected the gut and brain
@santeenl2 ай бұрын
Only way to recover in a full way is to work through childhood trauma and emotions, co-regulate yourself and become a different person. Some relaxation, good sleep, good food, etc is great, but it’s not the core issue. This is a very well known condition btw comparable to long covid and ME/CFS. It’s all TMS (the mindbody syndrome). Jaden got out by destressing and pacing, but this is the slow way where you don’t tackle the root issue.
@SimeonKirilovX2 ай бұрын
The bad thing is some people can't heal all that trauma. I for sure couldn't heal all of the traumatic shit despite my best efforts. I've tried so many therapies too but not much for results because my body is simply fucked. Plus i got long Covid so it's plenty of physical problems for me. And i tried so much but I'm still suffering daily for the past 3 years and 5 months. Add in psych med damage(protracted withdrawal/CNS/brain injury) and it's even harder. So yeah, i tried hard as hell to work through the traumas but it just didn't work because my body is ruined. So for plenty of people therapy doesn't work or does much other than to drain your pockets. I've worked through what i could but my body just reacts in odd ways that make no sense.

@@SimeonKirilovXwhat therapies did you try? I’m sure you gave your best efforts but if you got stuck in the conventional western medicine therapies then that’s why not much progress…don’t give up….I don’t know if you tried any of these but I’m going to list some holistic approaches to releasing some traumas. At the end of the day traumas are negative energies stagnate in our bodies causing blockages and contributing to illness. I’m a holistic health practitioner who myself has become ill with HPA axis dysfunction Im going to list some of the therapies I know off my head to try…Somatic therapy, EMDR, emotion code, Emotional Freedom Technique, neurofeedback, Bach flower remedies….homeopathics, cranial sacral therapy, vagus nerve activation. So far I’ve tried for myself is cranial sacral and it helps with calming the nervous system down and getting the body out of the fight/flight response, I’ve given myself Bach flower remedy and it helps temporarily with the aniexty and depression symptoms….it’s not a cure by itself but it has helped calm down my symptoms when they get out of hand. I get weekly reflexology believe it or not that helps me… I’m going to start EMDR therapy to go in deeper and start doing daily vagus nerve activation exercises and deep breathing to keep my body staying in the parasympathetic nervous system response. The therapies help but we need to incorporate the daily techniques to keep the system calm and to maintain what the therapies accomplished or else the very next day or two the nervous system goes right back into fight/flight response. .. we have do this til the body reconditions itself…. I’ll let you know how my progress is going… I’m good at receiving he therapies but not good at keeping it up with my homework of maintenance with the deep breathing, vagus nerve activation exercises, mediation etc

Jaden did you also had those weird head sensations. With no real headaches. It feels like itching and tingling. Sometimes also the tension headaches.

I had all of this. I'm gonna sound like some pull pusher, but citalopram seems to have got rid of a lot of my symptoms. Buzzing, vibrating, pressure on the top of my head. I'm not medical expert, but it's helped.

Hi Jaden! Maybe a weird question, I think I’m between phase 2&3. I have been thru multiple crashes and now I’ve created anxiety to see my friends for example. I want to see them, but I’m scared for anything that causes energy because I am afraid of setbacks. Do you have tips for me? Love from the Netherlands

Hi Dutch brotha! My dad side is Dutch 😁 yes I’ve been through that. I had to find a balance between enough rest and and gradually introduce simili as I healed my body and nervous system. It’s not a fast process and takes a lot of awareness and discipline to get through ❤️
