BareBandSubscription Rosalina has a backstory, you get to interact with her in game, and she comes off as a sweet motherly figure to her Kids. She also in one of the most popular 3d mario titles so it's not that big of surprise.

IceLena She's one of the few Mario characters with actual character (Luigi, Bowser, and Wario are the only other three I can think of). I get that. That doesn't mean she's a terribly compelling one. Not to mention, each of her appearances since Mario Galaxy has stripped her away of all personality. She's about as interesting as Peach at this point, little more than an inclusion for the sake of fan service. I just don't get the insane fandom around her. She was in one (really good) game and acquired some arbitrary popularity, and now she's a series mainstay. It's just weird to me.

I think more than any other FNF, the Smash series has been the best representative of these guys just hanging out and being friends. No one was trying to prove anything, no one was so overly good at the game that it slanted the results (Liam withstanding) and everyone was just having a good time. This is why FNF is my favourite series they do.

Sadly, Shovel Knight and Wonder Red are the only two listed that even have a remote chance of making it happen. Chrono is owned by Square who haven't really been friendly with Nintendo in a while. Same reason why Super Mario RPG characters aren't likely to make the cut. And Rayman is owned by Ubisoft who have done NOTHING but be absolute pricks to Nintendo once the Xbone and Piss4 launched. So, yeah, I'd rather not see Rayman in smash if I could help it. I'd be more interested in Simon Belmont, Bayonetta, and really a fair number of the current assist trophies getting a bump up to character status (like Little Mac did).

Filler Dmon But I do play super serial, that's the thing. I feel like I can be really precise with that circle pad, and so far I haven't destroyed it. It's underrated if you ask me. That said, you can only use it for local play in the Wii U version, so I'll probably give the pro controller a try. I was never crazy about the Gamecube controller, I know that's weird but I guess I just don't like how it feels.

Because seriously, it's really freaking hard to actually use to the same degree of seriousness you can if you had -any- sort of controller. I ain't calling you a liar, but there's a thriving market for proper controllers specifically because the pro players wear them out about as bad as drag racers wear out their tires. And you simply can't put a 3DS through the same amount of abuse without destroying it.

Filler Dmon I mean hey who knows? Maybe I'll end up destroying it eventually, but so far it's handled really well for me. I'm not very competitive in spirit, but I play competitively a lot. Like tournaments and everything, and one of the people I play with is one of the best in his state, supposedly. I'm not trying to make myself look really cool or anything, it's just a game to me, but I'm just saying that I'm no slouch. I've always been weird though, many of the characters I use aren't considered "good" by most people, and I always change my control configuration around, so it's just really typical of me to prefer using a 3DS.

On Ashley's Theme: I think it's better to just think of it as the Jap ver as her theme song when she was a kid but then she continued not having any friends and continued studying magic and then the way she is portrayed in the Eng ver would be what she ended up being. From a lonley innocent child who happens to be a witch that wanted to get along with others to an older one where she just fully identifies herself as a witch and became more self-imposing onto others as a way to deal with her loneliness.

Honestly, I find it interesting when I see someone mention a "Clone Character." Some people will say that one move in their move set automatically makes them a clone. Ex: Mewtwo and Lucario's Neutral B. Mario and Luigi' Neutral Special and Up Special. Then when it comes to characters like Ganondorf and Falco, people still say that THEIR clones as well. In Melee, yes they were clones, but since Brawl and onward, the moves got altered. It gives them a new play style and strategy. For Falco, sure both Fox and Falco have blasters, reflectors, quick dash and a recovery with fiery results, but they all have different attributes that don't make them similar. Same thing with Ganondorf and our ol' pal Captain Falcon. A packin' punch, a lunge, a long striding kick and a rising grab with different attributes. I would go over them, but this comment is getting long as is. Both the standard moves on Fox and Captain Falcon has some changes from their "clone" counterparts. Even if you still think Falco and Ganondorf are clones, then I guess I can say that Fox and Pit are clones too. Projectile, a dash to the side, a directional recovery and a move that reflects projectiles as their standard moves don't matter since no one takes thought about the standard moves when it comes to clones. Another thing I see about clones is people would complain about the clone characters so much that they would end up being removed... Ok, yeah, I understand indeed! Roy (From Fire Emblem, not the Koopa) was technically the clone of Marth, considering you unlocked Marth first. Lucas had a somewhat similar move set to Ness, but Lucas was great in his own way. Different play style, changed up moves... Oh? Up Special is too similar to the likes of Ness, along with his Down Special? Nope, Lucas is a "clone." Wolf was criticized for being too similar to Fox AND Falco and people were saying "1 clone of Fox is good enough! We don't need anymore wasted space." So he was labeled as a clone as well. After Nintendo noticed all these "clone characters" and noticed no one was happy about the sprinkles on-top the ice cream, they were removed and now the fans are quite disappointed. "You never know what you have until it's gone." I will say this before anyone else says so. When it comes to the characters like Dr. Mario, Dark Pit and Lucina, people ALSO bash them for being too similar. The smallest changes in the attributes in the characters can make all the difference. Marth's mechanic on how the tip of the blade did most damage and near the handle wouldn't deal as much damage, making players stay at a fixed distance from you and the target. When it comes to Lucina though, an equal amount of damage goes through the entire blade in which you know what that does? It allows the player not only to stay at said fixed distance, but also get in a bit more closer and personal, which leads to more strategies. Dark Pit has changed attributes on his Special moves compared to Pit. Neutral Special is just like the blasters Fox and Falco has, Side Special for Dark Pit has a little less range, more damage and it send enemies to the side, while for Pit, a little extra range, less damages and sends the opponent upward. Up and Down Special are quite similar, but just the Side Specials and Neutral Specials for each character adds more play styles. For Dr. Mario and Mario, Dr. Mario was removed from Melee because he was too similar (I use similar a lot), but now in the most recent instalment of Smash Bros., Dr. Mario still has his old Down Special from Melee and since Mario obtained F.L.U.D.D from the transition from Melee to Brawl, people were sad Mario lost his old Down Special. That is where Dr. Mario steps in to bring back that move. F.L.U.D.D allowed players to push those who are trying to recover away and people likes Mario's old Down Special since it was great. Dr. Mario still has the old Down Special and with his more damage, it makes the move better. Dr. Mario's Side Special doesn't carry Dr. Mario a little in the air so you gotta think when recovering which leads to more strategies! Alright... I'm done now... For... For those who read this whole post, what do YOU personally think about clones? This was my opinion and I'm proud of it. So, what's yours?
