The funniest glitch I ever saw was on a stream by a group called Pixel Brains, and one of the co-hosts was Jason, and he grabbed a player and was going to execute him when the player suddenly clipped out of his grasp and ran away, and Jason was left there frozen in his grasping animation, unable to do anything while the counselors all ran for the exit. The chat spent the next ten minutes making up excuses as to why Jason felt the need to freeze in place, ranging from trying to Force choke the counselors to miming that he was holding a cup of tea to delivering a soliloquoy.

It is now December 2023. The game is getting delisted from Steam next month and the online servers are going now next October. The complete game is being sold with pretty much everything unlocked for $5. Most if not all the problems Joe talked about here have been addressed. The game is much more stable, the servers are much better, they even flat out give you all the top ranked councilor perks. There are a couple new councilors, maps, Jasons and you can change Jason's weapons. It has also added an offline mode where you can play exclusively as Jason against anywhere from 1-7 bots and a challenge mode that mimics scenes from the movies. All told, if you want to buy the game and all the DLC, you'll only be out about $10. (The best part is this one mod of the game that I don't wanna talk about because the KZbin ninjas might be watching. Let's just say it really makes you feel like you have a Complete Edition of the game.) Personally I would rate the game, as it currently exists, an 8 out of 10, but that might drop a half point or two once the servers go down.

The worst thing about the game is that its PtoP connexion and has *no* host migration when he leaves. How many times I played Jason and so happened to kill the host first, resulting in him rage quitting and ending the game for all of us. Now I realised that people (myself included) tend to avoid the host like the plague when playing as Jason...

Leroy, I do recommend it. Its one of the most fun experiences I had in a multiplayer game (when it works). So many things are just poor about the game: Some glitches Really long matchmaking time Host quits... The list goes on. But when the game works as intended, its *sooooooooooo* much fun. I would say get it if you know you have the patience for some of the problems. Otherwise maybe wait for a price drop. The good thing is, the game can only get better from here.

This game feels like evolve to me just running back and forth and back and forth with fun moments but there too far apart and on Xbox no one talks at all and the servers are buggy as shit and it's bullshit how you can morph and grab someone instantly and there's no defense against this also there's a huge lack of content 4/10 when there's more maps modes conslors Jason's remove the grab ability as I've seen 1 person only use the melee weapon not including me fix the glitches and serves then it's a 7/10

Wow this is what i dont get. Audiences are upset at joe saying he's not making enough reviews but this argument was debunked. Now they use the argument about the quality of the videos dropping for months or even years yet no ones spoken up, based on the comments on this year's game review videos. In addition, there's a LOT of people liking his videos than disliking. So if it's not the quantity or the quality then what's the reason people are upset? The people who are upset have the evidence stacked against them. They were just influenced by the other negative comments and cant think for themselves to disagree and see the evidence for themselves. I agree with this review. I personally give it a 7.5/10. It will only get better. It did have a rough launch but it's 4-8 people making the game. They did a good job. You could argue it was rushed, they were getting crap for not releasing it sooner. But like I said, it's only going to get better

I have to disagree guys. I've now got 30 hrs of game time in F13, and I'm already getting bored. My issue is the game doesn't have the staying power of DbD and the skill ceiling of both the councillors and Jason vs Survivors and Killers are far FAR lower. I'd recommend F13 as a 'horror movie simulation'. But as a competitive asymmetrical horror game, which inevitably has more staying power, DbD wins on that front. Hence why I have over 500 hours playing it and will likely pump more into it over time than F13. Just my opinion after all, I enjoy both games.

My issue with F13 is that being a counselor feels so unfair. If you encounter Jason first and didn’t get a pocket knife you’re instantly screwed and that 10 minutes you waited to get in the lobby is wasted because of luck.

This game could have the coolest special characters in the game, Freddy (and some maps of Freddy vs Jason like a cornfield a hospital or a nightmare map) Jason in Manhattan with a map set in the subway or the townsquare with some new playable guys like the punks he scares or those paintball players or even HOBOS. What gets me excited is if they are allowed to use the comic books as content and have the nightmare warriors like Ash and shit like that.

The game is so dam fun that's my only complain when Jason lags out the game is over, that is an easy problem to fix though if jason lags out all they have to do is switch jason to one of the players that escaped or died. If nobody has died then the computer should just randomly select a player to be Jason.
