Hi Foodies, in today's episode i have put together a breakfast favourite, fried bake also called floats. This type of bake is basically a fried dough with a few minor ingredients. But don't judge it lightly, paired with smoked herring, saltfish, sausage, cheese or even stews it makes a tasty sandwich. It's even more talked about when served with fried shark and topped with various sauces such as tamarind, garlic and chadon beni. However you choose to serve these bakes i am certain it will have you wanting more.
