Fried Fish with Portuguese Molho de Vilao

this week we bring you a viewer request for fried fish and Portuguese red sauce called Molho de Vilao
ingredients
1lb of frozen fish (cleaned if possible)
1cup of corn flour
4-5 cloves of garlic
2-3 tbsp of red pepper sauce
1tsp tomato paste
1/2 cup of red wine vinager
olive oil for frying and for the sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Thank you. Those fish were frozen. I think I go them from the Portuguese store in my area. But I have bought at grocery stores and at Walmart. Yes I am going to keep posting. Some things have changed in my life so I’m just trying to find a happy medium. I’m working on a few things. Thanks for your support 😊
