*CORRECTIONS to the old Frieza Figure History: -This figure released in the 1990s, not 1989. The figure has an 89 stamp on it. It was my mistake to take that at face value. - The old figure in this video wasn't a Super Battle Collection figure, it was originally made by AB Toys and then re-released by Irwin Toys. Thanks to those that corrected my mistakes. My apologies!

I thought frieza re grew his tail when he transformed to his 3rd form, then it got cut off again after the spirit bomb. Anyway this was a great review and I will definitely watch all of this series, please continue it!

Frieza didn't lose his tail from Krillin, he recovered it when he reached his final form. He lost part of it again from Goku's Spirit bomb.

The 1996 Irwin Frieza figure might have been a better comparison as it was based of 100% Frieza where the one you picked was still 4th form less than 50% powered up etc...

I had the IF Labs Goku that had the Capsule Corp space suit back in the day and the Battle damaged Super Saiyan Vegeta. I agree, they were super detailed but some of the faces were off. I wish I had held onto those 🙃

Thanks, I agree that one is closer, but to me this one also represents that form with the bulky body and excessive veins. I chose to get this one instead because it appears in the old Irwin Toys commercial from my childhood.
