@JOSH HINGER, Im an Atos team member, from Huntsville Alabama.. Training for 5 years now YOU ARE MY MOTHER FUCKIN HOME BOY. I've been plant based for 10 years, vegan for 5.. HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SWITCHING FROM A HIGHER PROTEIN DIET- I.e. a meat based diet to plant based When you load on protein, and you switch to a diet that has LESS protein, you will loss protein in the form of muscle mass! High protein diets increase the RESTING TURNOVER RATE of protein synthesis and degradation.. That does not increase muscle, it just stresses your kidneys and liver, and promotes an inflammatory metabolic profile! There's also negative affects your parasympathetic nervous system, I could go on for 2 hours.. So when someone with an above moderate protein intake (common with a diet of animal products, 90+ grams) stops taking in as much protein, this is when they feel weak.. because they suddenly stopped their high protein intake Studies show that people who titrate SLOWLY (5-10 less grams a day) off a high protein diet to a lower, more moderate protein diet (you and I weigh about 155-165), and replace those calories with carbs, that there is NO LOSS IN MUSCLE MASS. There is no reason to go over 10% protein, and tons of reasons to eat LOWER protein versions of beans, or grains, or rice, or potatoes so I can load LOTS of carbs without lots of protein. If you switch from a diet that has 140 grams of protein, not much fiber To one that has like 60-70 grams of protein, and still not much carbs and fiber, you are going to spread false anacdotes like Keenan is trying to do I'm a very well informed person and I pride myself on being able to help others with disease, as well as improving performance, I can train you to be a black belt in plant based sustainable boner enhancing nutrition, But let me just break improving down like this Eat 50/50 raw vs cooked Eat 50 grams of fiber for every 1000 calories Aim for like 70-100 grams of fiber a day (I get 40 grams just from one big meal of overnight porridge- combine high fiber oats, flaxmeal, bulgar, BARLEY grains, and Chia seeds, plus fruits and walnuts) and you want to include your fermented staples You know over night oats? Well do that with rice, beans, cashews, FRUIT, grains, And of course sauerkraut or other fermented cruciferous green Also long as you do your fermented staples at least once a week, and eat your 50 grams of soluble and insoluble fiber, all the other processed foods and other stuff won't cause you to gain weight.. Also, if you want to put on weight, you can cut down substantially on the fiber, and load up on everything. Shoot me a response, and I'll give you a couple more tips that will send your plant based game through the roof

Glad to hear the team gi conversation. Have hated that uniform shit since I started training. My gym weren't that strict on it. They did want everyone to wear team patches and rashguards at one point, which most people do anyway, but they didn't enforce it that strictly. It makes more sense to use old sports jerseys and the likes to train in. It's wasteful to buy new training gear when you don't need it. Hopefully they speak about rip off comps next.

It's the tmao, The reuG3c enzymes The disruption to metabolism Also metabolites that encourage colon cancer.. It also messes up your small intestine because it isn't fully digested in your stomach, so your small intestines ferment it, and that leads to leaky gut.. And there's more! Really people who eat animal products are all brainwashed by an industry that lied lied to them, and destroyed the planet we live on and our health to get wealthy.. your realize Monsanto is being sued because they Knew their pesticides are cancerous... All the monocrops like corn and soy that go towards feeding animals are sprayed with cancer causing round up, and still are! Intensive animal agriculture isn't possible without destroying the planet... and if we didn't use intensive animal agriculture (factory farming) we would need an entire other planet to house the animals... they cannot live together in such great nerd without spreading antibiotic resistance.. and they are fed antibiotics which is fueling antibiotic resistant bacteria, and will kill 10s of millions of people needlessy...

You know that BMW and Mercedes give free services right? hahahaha bad analogy. A more accurate analogy for BMW would be like joining the best Jiu Jitsu gym and paying a much higher monthly price but you get a certain amount of free gi's per year.

Just a couple of notes guys: Askren came most recently from One, not Bellator. Given Bellator's acquisitions since Askren's departure in 2013 (Rory, Lima, Gegard, Lovato Jr, Bader, etc...) I'd say his poor performance in the UFC is more indicative of One's competition than Bellator's. Mighty Mouse leaving was inevitable. Hume, his coach, was already working for One at the time, and MM was underpaid, underrepresented, and in Dana's defense, not subscribing to the "entertainment" aspect of pre-fight build up. One's model of modesty and "honor" as they call it (whatever that means) was something that catered to MM more. I'd say given that MM wanted out regardless, Dana getting Askren was a great acquisition. The guy was talked about, people tuned in, people talked, and Dana gets to say "I told you so" after Askren gets whooped by top 10 talent in back to back fights.

I think that shit is definitely unethical. Controlling the supply is fine. Selling Fire tablets at a loss is fine. But when you purposely reduce compatibility or the ability to upgrade or fix something, you're fucking yourself. If someone is modifying a racing bike, they're telling you how bikes should be. Same goes for Jujitsu and Worm Guard. Once It's yours, its yours. Adjusting, creating, upgrading, is signalling to the community what we should be doing. THAT'S capitalism.

I love that Josh watched a Netflix documentary and now he's some kind of dietitian. The research (or MAJOR lack thereof) behind The Game Changers is extremely weak.

Not to get too political but Josh, conservatives view the unborn as a life in and of itself not just a function of a womans body. We also believe in taking responsibility for ones own actions. You seem like a reasonable guy though and I love this podcast

How is having an abortion not taking responsibility?
@bEeeatem5 жыл бұрын
It’s not responsible to become pregnant and then kill your own child.

You believe in hypocrisy, fascist lites.

@@bEeeatem I disagree. You handled the problem before it became a bigger problem. Responsibility resolved. Life is not precious. If it was then there wouldn't be a single child in foster care.

Please tell the children in the foster cares that they did not deserve to live. Your statement is so absurd and immoral that it’s almost not even worth responding to, honestly. You have no idea how many great people there are that are alive today thanks to their brave mothers deciding to keep their baby, even if her circumstances weren’t always great. You should be ashamed of yourself, but I think you’re shameless enough to think life isn’t precious, so it’s a mute point anyways.
