I just went on LinkedIn so I could reach out to Leila and sadly found out she passed away at age 37. I am 37 and I forget that sometimes people are taken from this earth at such a young age. I just had a major wake up call and realization because I have been taking my health for granted and still smoke cigarettes despite wanting to quit...I finally started loving myself more than before and I actually kind of like myself and want to have a positive impact on this world before I die. I wanted to learn more about her, so I could support her cause and I found out that she died in January of this year. I got goosebumps recalling her statement about us being stardusts. I've got no words for how amazing Leila is. (Her spirit and influences are still with us today) I've never been able to fully articulate what I want to do in the world, when I thought about it to myself, it felt silly, idealistic or self righteous. But it turns out that it had already been done. Leila shares my viewpoints on life and business in an eerily similar way.
