During my pregnancy I gained 30 kgs. Losing that has been very difficult but now with the right diet plan, good fitness coaches and by maintaining discipline, I think I'm moving on the right track!

All the best for your weight loss journey. I am currently pregnant and learned from my doctors that we really don’t have to eat for two. We just have to eat 200-300 calories extra during the second and third trimesters and eat nutrient dense food and avoid empty calories. If we gain weight rapidly, more than 2 pounds per week, we should consult a nutrition counselor to modify our diet to avoid unhealthy weight gain during pregnancy. How much we should gain in total depends on our pre-pregnancy BMI. Just putting this information out there. It could make postpartum weight loss much easier if we don’t gain more than needed during pregnancy.

Diet/ low calorie diet/ calorie deficit/ keto / intermittent are possible for non- breastfeeding mothers.

After having a child most of the women gets diastasis recti condition. Everyone should check themselves before doing normal exercise. You might already know this but just bringing that up because if you do have diastasis recti you need to work on your core. Normal exercise can worsted this condition. There are lots of youtube video about this condition and also videos that shows how to check if you have this condition.

Wow!!! So you have started a fitness blog and chose to have zero comments for the rape victim that have been going on for years and years!!! I used to look upto you as well and I followed all your stories in your mom journey but not anymore. How can you ignore the ongoing biggest issue of this country right now?? How can you stay silent on what had happened to that girl for years and years? How can you ignore her as a mom yourself ?? I know you have inspired lots of people in many ways but why are you so silent on this matter?? You are an influencer and even a small words coming out from you affect people in a good or bad way. Didnot expect this from you and will never ever respect you the way I did before!! There is no wrong in taking care of yourself and getting back into shape and starting off a blog but you could have at-least said few sentences to the victim and supported her because you are a women and a mother yourself!!! You could have atleast tried to help her get justice , you could have have atleast reached out to her because you are an influencer and what come from you makes a huge difference to her and as well as the society!!! Never expected this from you !!

You'll shred the weight by the end of July. Just a tip though: it'll be easier to lose weight but super tough to keep it that way so pay close attention to your diet, especially after you're done losing. All the best. XX
