You should actually remove this video and sell it as a course, I would pay for it! It is so much value, I feel uncomfortable sharing it with my friends for free. Thank you for sharing all your experience - this is priceless! I'm 34, had a few small businesses myself, that didn't work out, wrong business partners, too less experience, unexpected costs etc., was also forced into an MBA, which I'm still in, but definitely wanna shoot for my own business in e-commerce. This interview has brought back hope. I am mentally in the trenches and this video reminded me of what I am born to do. I am asking deep questions about life which is very important and something people are often too busy to ask and end up (in my mind at least) making motions instead of actions. Although it can definitely be an issue to think too deeply about life when you are depressed. Anyways I'm glad I was reminded that I enjoy building things as an entrepreneur and creating a business. Roughly £120k in my portfolio are in tech/TSLA stocks, can I get an advice on any other stocks that I can acquire to diversify my reserve across multiple markets while creating a comprehensive portfolio allocation that balances my concerns of risk aversion and returns that meet yearly inflation.
@stellaadams593 Жыл бұрын
You need to hire a financial advisor to help you diversify your portfolio by including Mutual Funds, Etf's, the 11 GICS groups, inflation-indexed bonds, and stocks of companies with reliable cash flows rather than growth stocks, where prices were based on future prospective earnings.
@kollykolly Жыл бұрын
@@stellaadams593 That's correct. At first, I wasn't too pleased with my gains compared to my previous performances, I was doing so poorly, I thought I needed to diversify into better assets, so I got in touch with an investment-advisor. Love the transparency when talking business, especially how the money flows in and out and impacts of A/B and any type of authentic business acumen and I think the host did good job at pulling these numbers from the convo, which doesn't always happen and drives me crazy when hosts fail to dig into any type of basic ground truths like how much money in the bank? Where they want to spend it? But not in this episode! Questions asked were on a level to which everyone feels they could write a plan with results pretty close to matching this business pretty well due to the straight answers to good questioning I think? There are some gaps in human resource numbers and it's management. Like he's a solo sales team selling positions to fill his marketing team which he holds regular performance reviews solo with his aggregator software which effects the checks he cuts solo as a payroll dept. His product made in USA through 3rd party gets put in packages made 3rd party in China. Both components get sent to special Shopify warehouse for vip sellers program that uses a robot to put the chocolate in the package and shipped to the edge where it's basically cached for drop shipping via Shopify vip sellers program. His IT department made a shopify store to sell 1 product too many times via Shopify plugins. Where does he have opportunities for employment of some type other than UGC contracting?

SICK VIDEO, DUDE! This was an awesome interview! SO much golden info. You guys are the best!!!! Thank you so much to Oliver for just detailing his success! This is already better than any college course. FYI - every time you guys bang on the table it comes out on vid as a thud LOL (maybe putting some spongy sound buffers between the mic clamps and table could help?). No biggie, I'm wearing headphones and thought someone was knocking on my door the first few times till I figured out what was going on HAHA. Ironically, amongst all this gold - my favorite part is where he slams college and how freakin useless it is. I'd LOVE if you could cut that whole part into a clip YT video, so I can share it. Because too many people are being screwed by this outdate educational system - money and time. Where they could be setting up their lives during their most crucial years. He's right that so many people are stuck in this 'societal thinking' - and society sux these days. I vote for you guys to be Prez and Vice Prez haha (tho, that'd be a step down from what you're doing!)

College sucks and is a complete waste of time… if you don’t have goal that requires school. If you want to be a doctor then by all means go to school, but if you feel like you have a goal and you have a solid plan of making an income, then I don’t think it’s worth going through 4+ years in school and years of debt. I graduated from university for IT and genuinely wished I dropped out but I was in too far to just give up. If I had a business plan to make money by the time I was 18, I definitely would’ve skipped out on uni. HOWEVER, I can’t say I regret going to college because the friendships I’ve created and networks I’ve made were 2nd to none. Would never exchange my uni relationships for anything. Overall, it depends on your situation! There’s always a positive in whatever you decide so just take whatever opportunity you find! 😊

Love this channel man. You can learn so much about con artistry here. Some people might even get inspired, just don't do the math 😄 Watching this video right after watching the one about the dude that makes 1M+ from website subscriptions but sells courses as well about how YOU can be like him too. Haven't checked yet but I bet this chocolate dude has some sort of paywalled knowledge as well.

One of the most valuable podcasts I’ve ever listened to. Biggest eye opener was the UGC marketing model where creators make decentralized brand accounts. Is there a name for this UGC marketing strategy?

Is rare for me to comment on videos, but this guy is very inspiring, he really gone for it in a very smart way, and given his age, he will surely reach great heights. Was a very detailed interview, I found particularly the discussion at the end about the benefits of building your personal brand and how it has opend a lot of doors to be very interesting
