@@tanyabarnes4899 I have to agree. I went to Ghana in November of 2023. The price of the flight was outrageous - not to mention the VISA process - compared to travel to Europe. For example: a flight to Paris, France can be as low as $399.00 round trip. A flight to England is about the same, especially when the airlines do summer specials. They make the flights to Europe cheap but they make that money back by making the flights to Africa very expensive. And the flights are infrequent - we had the hardest time getting a flight that matched our tour. There are flights going to Europe every day - but we had to get a flight that landed two days before our tour started. My flight to Ghana was over $1,000.00. No one is making excuses - if you are paying $2,000 or $3,000 a month in rent or mortgage - which is typical in the U.S.. Gas, electric, water, internet and just the basic Western living expenses it can take years to save enough money to travel to Africa. But a lot of people make the sacrifice - I did. I went with a black American travel tour group - but again - it was expensive. I would do it again and I intend to - I'll be going to South Africa at the end of December. My second time on the continent - I'm really looking forward to it.

They don't represent a single thing from Africa they represent white colonizers and they don't understand when they go to real Africa as "African" Americans they do the EXACT thing the colonizers, they stay crying about about, did to their ancestors. They have no idea who are what they represent because they are completely lost and have no intention of being anything "African". It shouldn't be free for all in the name of investments, we must keep our future generations in mind not to jeopardized their future as well. Let me put it more bluntly so more ppl understand. The concept of white supremacists is a collectivist Western attitude towards other civilizations. Also, it is a European/White obsession to focus on race. In contrast, look at the Ubuntu philosophy for example that focuses on your human-ness first and foremost. There are so many different philosophies of life like this in Africa.
