Ugh! I remember Sue from the original episode, and I had never seen Phil so frustrated with someone. Let's hope she's finally happy.

I didn't like the houses or the couples.Some of the houses you show people are lovely but not this time.

Both couples are strange. The house the older couple bought looks like a white sausage. What is admirable, is Phil´s patience.

white sausage...what the heck is that?

The act of downsizing is a nightmare.. but once the hard work it done it is a freeing experience to have a smaller home/condo and any less things to maintain Its well worth it in the end!! Leaving the house at 10 to 9 a? Wow that is a luxury!! Most of us in the US leave home 5:00-7:00 a.m. and start out workday at 8 a.m. That means getting up at 4 a.M.

That sucks. I get up at 8.30-9am for my remote job and find it annoying.

Andrew wasn't uncertain, he was uncouth. Period. And impossinle to please. Clueless about how small his budget was for being 20 minutes BY FOOT from Canary Wharf. .. What I sensed unfortunately with both couples (not Leah) was that they were treating Phil like a servant ffs. He's not their employee. He is helping them find a home that they can't seem to do on their own. How does that make him a servant? He's a professional and talking down or being rude is completely wrong.

I have never seen Phil so frustrated and talk like this ever. That Sue woman was so rude, driving him mad. At the end, I laugh out loud when I saw the final house: road noise, size, bedroom and garden. All are laid on one single WORD she continuously refuses to hear “Compromise” It has taken them 3 years to accept this word. Ha Ha Quote: Phil: This is it now, isn’t it? You won’t be moving again Sue: Definitely not moving again Phil: Well, if you ever do, don’t ring me! Ha ha ha ha ^^

Sue is a pain in the a**e and a very silly woman. Cats would not go near the busy road when there is green space behind the house. We live on a main road with fields behind the house and have had cats for 30 years. I feel sorry for her husband.
@melbobineau940527 күн бұрын
Not necessarily. Mine had a nice big back garden but still finished being hit by a car. But you can secure your garden to keep the cats in it. I would have done it if I weren't renting.

Unfortunately, Phil usually has the difficult client most weeks. Either that or they both have easy clients or they both have difficult clients. Very rarely does Kirstie have a difficult client and Phil has an easy client.

When I first went to England and stayed with friends in their new house, I was truly puzzled. Although I would never say anything to them, the place seemed like a doll house when compared to my duplex in Houston.

England is a small country, not even as big as a State in the US (exception being RI) why were you puzzled that the houses are likewise smaller?

It really is NOT the same as having a garden. It's a big cage. Her priority was to have them free in a safe garden. There is nothing wrong with wanting that. It DOES take longer.
@andreaandrea671625 күн бұрын
@@larrypicard8802 Maybe YOU shouldn't be let out. The idea is horrific, isn't it? Well, cats really need the outdoors more than we do because their senses are all about the smells and the call of nature. They can't tell you that, so I am doing it for them. They don't live as long, but they are far happier. It's quality over quantity. In my book, that's preferable. Obviously, you are free to disagree.

"That's a lot of NOSE to deal with" she says as the camera focuses on Leah's nose. Sometimes they take the puns and wordplay too far.
