This is not bipolar. This is anger control problems. The grinning is her attempt to calm down. Bipolar people have cases of mania(heightened energy or drastic changes in usual behavior which can cause a person to act impulsively or recklessly) which is then followed by a very harmful depressive state. These persons can be suicidal in either state.

Although the plaintiff conducted herself in a manner that overlooks her case, I do believe there is some truth to her story. Unfortunately, because of her behavior her story is overlooked and she’s written off not taken seriously. Emotional intelligence and control is vital. She’s gotta manage those emotions.

I’m not judging her, but something is clearly OFF!! I do get the sense that the defendant has this “ I’m better than you” against the plaintiff. However, I respect how she conducted herself in court.

This is what it looks like to have a very insecure person looking for love and approval run up against a highly self interested person willing to use those insecurities for her benefit.
